Highly recommend Matt and his team. From the very first meeting, everything was handled so professionally. We weren’t sure what we wanted, so we asked Matt to come up with some ideas—and he absolutely nailed it.

The whole team who carried out the work was amazing. We were given a clear schedule, everything ran smoothly, and everything was completed exactly as planned.

We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful kitchen. We’re absolutely delighted!

We are delighted with our new kitchen and can highly recommend World of Kitchens in Cwmbran. From the time we visited the showroom - having approached a number of other kitchen providers - we had a very positive experience. The design process was easy and Paul was very patient with us throughout and gave us really good advice and we are thrilled with how the kitchen has turned out. There was no sales pressure at all, which I really appreciated as this has been something we had experienced elsewhere.
The installation process was impressive and the kitchen fitter WOK arranged did such an excellent job with such attention to detail. The project management on site was very responsive if any issues cropped up and I really felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed. The end result is amazing and the quality of the product was one of the reasons we chose WOK over other kitchen providers. It is a truly bespoke service and we are particularly pleased with the colour of the cabinets and worktop and hardware.
I would certainly endorse the company from design to installation and post-sales support.

It has been an absolutely delightful experience having our kitchen designed and installed by World of Kitchens. We had three potential companies pitch us an idea and it wasn’t even close. We loved the design and it exceeded our expectations of what was possible. Every aspect of the installation went smoothly largely because of Paul’s faultless project management. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this company. We now have our dream kitchen that we will enjoy for many years to come. Thank you so much.

A great company. A professional and yet personal service from Matt and his team at World Of Kitchens. They made the whole process from start to finish stress free with their attention to detail, a special thanks to fitter Martin. Would recommend W O K without hesitation.

We have to admit that this was the first time that we have ever used a company to manage a project for us as we have always undertaken such tasks ourselves.

That said, from the point that we made the decision over a weekend to visiting World of Kitchens on the Monday morning to discuss our requirements, through to completion, we have to admit that the whole process was stress free and we wondered why we hadn’t done this earlier.

We chose World of Kitchens due to personal recommendations from several friends and our next-door neighbour who had used them a few times previously. What also attracted us to them was the fact that they are not a large, multi-location company, but a smaller, friendly team who wanted to deliver in a timely and friendly manner.

Matt was patient with our many questions and swift to provide many designs until we were happy. Given we hadn’t a clue what we wanted before we started, credit where credit is due, he made the whole project seem so simple.

We were booked in for the initial work some two/three weeks after the initial visit and the actual kitchen fitting started a few days after that.

Matt uses several in-house staff to provide the service and trusted sub-contractors to provide the fitting, electrical, flooring painting and plumbing services. We were impressed that each sub-contractor turned up at the appointed time on the appointed day and stuck to the schedule.

Furthermore, they were polite and extremely clean and tidy. That says something about the World of Kitchens ethos.

The finished article is perfect and we are very impressed that it all happened without much (if any) input from ourselves. What also impressed us was the (reasonable) fixed cost for the whole project – everyone came in on budget without any surprises. Just what we wanted.

We would whole-heartedly recommend Matt and his team to provide any aspect of your new kitchen design.

Having been recommended World of Kitchens by 2 people we are delighted we chose them. A totally different experience to dealing with the big national companies we had previously received quotes from.
They made the whole experience stress free and their knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. If you are considering a new kitchen then do go and speak to Matt or Paul.

Contacted Matt at World of Kitchens as an end panel alongside our extractor had split. Kitchen was fitted over 3 years ago. Within a couple of weeks Matt arranged for the panel to be replaced. This is the second time we have contacted them and they have provided outstanding after sales. The first time was following a power surge by National Grid which blew our extractor, oven and microwave and Matt arranged for them to be replaced and installed a temporary oven until the new one arrived. Would thoroughly recommend. They go the extra mile and are beyond helpful. Kitchen also looks as good as new.

Matt and Paul and the team were so helpful from beginning to end of the process. Matt really considered all our needs and wants when designing the kitchen for us. He took time to explain different options, so we were fully involved. He came out to talk to our builders, who were extending our kitchen area.
The quality of the units and fitting of the kitchen is superb and we are delighted with the finished product. we would highly recommend World of Kitchens. They made the whole process seamless.

We had never undertaken a project like this before and we didn’t just need a new kitchen, we needed to relocate it too.
World of Kitchens were fantastic from start to finish. They visited the house promptly to discuss what we needed, gave us a perfect design when we visited the showroom and waited patiently for months until we actually started the project.
They not only built us our dream kitchen, they helped by recommending builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators for the rest of the project.

As a returning customer to World of Kitchens (my last kitchen was installed by them 20 years ago), I am delighted with my new kitchen which has given me much more storage and preparation space. Throughout the whole design process, from the initial consultation to the final result, Matt was extremely helpful and careful to ensure that the design met my needs, despite my frequent indecisiveness. The project management of the whole kitchen which included re-plastering, flooring, electrical installations, plumbing and painting as well as the kitchen fitting itself, was very well managed. I highly recommend World of Kitchens and I'd like to thank Matt for making the whole process so smooth from start to finish.

Our kitchen was a big investment and we wanted a statement piece. After a recommendation we chose world of Kitchens and we were not disappointed.

Looking back, we were right to feel from the outset that we would be rewarded by placing our confidence in the team at World of Kitchens. We were impressed with the plans and graphics quickly produced and then fully explained to us. We were given a delivery plan which was then followed in every respect, completed on time and in accordance with the estimate. We now have a kitchen that looks absolutely fabulous and it is fair to say has exceeded our expectations.

World of Kitchens provided a first class service from start to finish making the whole journey thoroughly enjoyable. Paul spent time with us in the showroom understanding our requirements and exactly what was important to us. On the revealing of our design it was obvious his experience and vision had added the wow factor that other companies simply struggled too envisage.
As he moved to project manage the build and bring it to life, Pauls team of tradesmen were absolutely first class in their delivery, taking time to go the extra mile insuring the kitchen build was delivered to perfection. The result was even better whan we had hoped for.
World of kitchens exceeded our expectations. The whole journey has been a delight. We are extremely satisfied customers and we would recommend World of Kitchens in a heartbeat.

World of Kitchens did a brilliant job for me. Everything went according to plan. All the different installers were friendly, efficient and timely. The quality of the work was stunning . We had our Kitchen done with Paul last month and they were amazing! From the design stage, to completion. I went with their recommended builders for a load bearing wall removal and they were very professional.
The design, colour, style is perfect and having shopped around we came back to WOK as we couldn't find better service or price for what we wanted and it was well worth it.
