A very big thank you to Matt and the team at World Of Kitchens for our kitchen door and counter top upgrades. We wanted something completely different and this was certainly delivered.

This was not our first time with WOK and so we can highly recommend Matt with the professional, friendly, patient and superb help in achieving what we wanted.

Also Craig the kitchen fitter was amazing with his excellent skills and helpful advice.

They respected our property at all times.

Matt produced an excellent design incorporating all my requests and more. The kitchen/ diner looks great and works well. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent. Impressive project management throughout and I was given a schedule detailing the dates that the named trades people would be in my home. They all proved to be skilled and reliable.
During the project I requested an upgrade of my utility room. This was beautifully done by Martin.
I feel confident in recommending World of Kitchens.

Excellent service from concept to completion. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. I've spent years looking for the ideal kitchen and went to several different companies but often found the sales staff were focussed on the latest sales offer in order to close the deal and earn their commission. Paul and his team at World of Kitchens focussed on the design and service.

What a superb team who have just completed fitting our new kitchen and bathroom. From the moment we first spoke to Paul, a few things became totally clear to us:–
1. He listened to what we were saying to him, and
2. There were absolutely no pressure sales tactics used whatsoever.
Our build was very challenging from the start, in that we were trying to get a modern kitchen and bathroom to blend into the character of our 17th century cottage.
Paul showed effective listening techniques and totally took on board the requests we were making – often coming up with very good suggestions in how we could undertake the project in a sympathetic manner.
The result was absolutely stunning and we actually ended up with much more storage space than we originally had, and all achieved in a very logical and visually pleasing form.
As the cottage is so old, we expected that we may come across some issues, but these were handled in a very professional manner with Paul keeping us appraised at every step of the way.
The team of tradesmen that World of Kitchens use are all very hardworking and often went the extra mile to keep us happy.
To say my wife was ecstatic with the end result is an understatement – she is beaming like a Cheshire cat, especially with all the wonderful comments we have received from our family and friends (who have all been impressed with the finishes achieved).
The key thing for us was that Paul gave us a completion date for the main works and met it – even though we did hit a few minor issues along the way.

Just had a kitchen installed by Paul and his team from World of Kitchens in Caerleon. They installed the units, laid a new floor, did the necessary plumbing and electrical works necessary to completely transform the kitchen and finished it off with a first class paint job by their decorator, Rob .
All done at a very reasonable price and with no hidden extras to catch you out at the end. Well done!

We moved to Caerleon last summer and wanted an old worn-out kitchen smashed through into the dining room and a new door/window configuration. Matt at World of kitchens came and with his expert suggestions planned out a design that not only looked fantastic but was practical and maximised space. All the building work, electrics, fitting and decorating was handled by Matt and his expert team of tradespeople. The end product is fantastic. All the people who made it happen talked us through everything and answered all our questions. I cannot recommend them enough. They were very competitive and I am extremely glad we put our trust in them.

Thank you Matt and World of Kitchens for our great new kitchen. I loved the design that Matt produced incorporating my wishes along with practicalities of an efficient kitchen. Having had the costings, I checked the prices of both Wren and Magnet and found W of K very competitive and the design and quality far superior.
The walls of my old house are all way out of line, but nothing phased them. All the tradesmen were excellent and worked together to overcome any difficulties.
I’m thrilled with my new kitchen and can’t praise them enough.

Paul visited the house with helpful advice and good planning idea's .The organization, planning and fitting service was excellent very pleased with the new kitchen. Unfortunately after a short period of time small cracks started to appear on the edged of the work tops. I contacted Paul who came over and agreed he said not to worry World of Kitchens would resolve the problem with no cost to myself. The old work tops were removed new ones found from a different supplier and installed. World of Kitchens paid for all the work. Thanks for your help and support. Leigh

We recently had our kitchen and utility room replaced by World of Kitchens. The project manager was Matt and he was very professional and well organised and full of suggestions for our new kitchen. We had previously asked a different kitchen company for their ideas and Matt's were much superior and showed imagination. Taking our ideas into account Matt showed us pictures of what the final kitchen would look like. He then drew up a detailed project plan of the proposed kitchen design. We were given a date for the start of the work and a detailed timeline. We were kept informed about any changes to this and the work went ahead very efficiently. All the tradesmen involved were very efficient and friendly. We are very happy with our new kitchen and utility room and highly recommend World of Kitchens

Excellent customer service and exceptional quality installation - highly recommended.

Great follow up service from Paul and his team. Our kitchen is 7 years old now and still in very good condition. We had to have a new fridge freezer which required the bridging cupboard to be cut down to fit the new dimensions. It was done very promptly and efficiently and looks great. I can still fit my slow cooker and large casserole dish in there.
This isn’t the first time Paul has come out to help us. We wanted new lights in the plinths and were very pleased with the service and finished result of that too. Nothing is too much much trouble. Highly recommended World of Kitchens.

Paul instinctively knew what we wanted in terms of design and style for the new kitchen extension, not afraid to give an honest view of what would fit where and what would look best in the overall design. He patiently advised on colour and fittings, bringing numerous samples to the house to view in the new extension. And some inevitable hiccups on a large project were dealt with immediately and without fuss. The customer service has been exemplary at all times.
