We had mailbox service at this location for two months in early 2024 while moving and establishing our residence and business location. During that time, mail forwarding was unreliable and we did not receive our mail. We canceled shortly thereafter.

Nearly two years later, we suddenly received a rude email implying fraudulent use of the address. We have not used this address since canceling the service in early 2024. This was handled in a very unprofessional manner.

Very disappointing experience overall. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this service.

As per usual This company finally decided to respond almost a year after anything could have been done to retain buisness. This is the worst customer service imaginable and I would advise you to find a different provider

Great service! Saves me a lot of time and trouble. I use the hybrid version that is PrivacyPost and WorldPost combined. I have the option of receiving my scanned mail with end to end encryption which is a great option if you aren't a big fan of having your personal documents scanned into a 3rd party cloud system without encryption. Also, the price is excellent. Thank you!

A friend recommended Dallas at WorldPost to me when I was researching options for setting up a virtual mailbox and I couldn't be happier. Working with Dallas has been so simple! He's incredibly responsive and knowledgeable regarding South Dakota traveler and residency laws. We talked through my personal situation and he worked with me to find a specific solution that worked in my circumstances. Since I usually live abroad and move fairly frequently, I needed a way to handle mail for anything Stateside. Sure you can use the address of a friend or a family member, but why put that stress and responsibility on someone else? That situation works until it doesn't. Having a trustworthy virtual mailbox service is crucial and worth every penny to me. I cannot recommend Dallas and WorldPost enough.

I recently decided to establish domicile in South Dakota in preparation for RV living. To meet drivers license requirements a physical address and mail forwarding service is necessary. I compared several sites and WorldPost offered exactly what I needed for the most competitive price. They provided me with the DMV compliant receipt as proof of physical address and mail forwarding. This was exactly what I needed to get my license at the DMV with no issue. Highly recommended !
