Disgusting service and company trying to scam me by charging me more for shipping and then when I wanted to cancel do not notify me or communicate with me at all. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I started an order for a pair of soccer cleats. I had discount codes for free shipping, a 10% if I signed up for texts and another for 10%. My total before I checked out went from $74.99 to $82...up not down. I called and sw Brad. He put me on hold and said his supervisor told him after I completed the purchase, the deductions would be made. Done...bill was still $82. I called again and sw Ryan. He took off the shipping and was able to take off one of the 10% charges and was going to give me the new total which would not be visible until after midnight. My calculations were about $65. He put me on hold and sw his supervisor. The response was that they would only apply 1 discount even though their website did not indicate that, the code was accepted on the checkout screen AND the previous supervisor and employee said they would all come off. I nicely explained this to him and asked why the codes were accepted and why I was told by another employee and supervisor they would come off. He did not have an answer or offer to transfer me to the alleged supervisor. I told him that if they were not going to honor their word and information from the website...let alone bicker over a 10% charge of about $7, they would force me to cancel the order. He really didn't care or offer to try to make it right. Poor company, uninformed employees and very incorrect website. I would pay more at another store than buy from these people. Beware

My order was rescheduled more than 3 times and then I found out it was canceled. I didn't receive any updates or refunds.

I wish I had read reviews before. I bought an arsenal shirt. They were quick to take the payment but they never provide any update yet the delivery is overdue. I'll try to get refund though. There should be customer protection agencies, I'll check.

This company is scam artist...do not order from here. We paid for shipping then later recieved a bill from FedEx. When you pay outrageous price for shirt and shipping to get a bill from FedEx is fraudulent..

Please I am yet to get the awful experience like I have read so far about your company/service. I had only placed my order for a jersey earlier today before coming across these sad reviews.
I am really worried, please can you help that my order gets to me as expected unlike the many bad reviews on your platform

Bought these boots back in January. We are pushing the end of of February now and still haven’t received them. They are emailing asking for us to review the boots that we haven’t even received. They then said wait until mid March. I said the boots won’t fit my kid by then. These were 270 dollar boots as well. No shipping updates available which is very frustrating and suspicious. I’m beginning to believe we aren’t getting these boots and been scammed. To avoid disappointment use a different alternative to this shop.

Ordered boots for my child that was meant to arrive in October 2022. It’s now feb 2023. Took my money even though they said I wouldn’t be charged until the order was shipped. Absolute joke, should be ashamed to scam people out their own hard working cash. I just keep getting emails with an update on my order every month saying it will arrive the next month. Keep emailing about cancelling and no response, their phone lines are not working for me either.

I saved over 50 dollars on a jersey from this site. Im so glad I ignored the negative reviews. The standard shipping was extremely fast it only took 4 days for my package to arrive. They kept sending me updates on its whereabouts too. The jersey came in perfect condition. The website is easy to navigate and there’s a lot of information surrounding the company and its reliability. This was my first time ever buying from this site and I had a great experience. cant wait to order again. FYI if you’re planning on buying something as a gift the packaging is NOT discreet as it says soccer.com all over it in red.

World soccer shop sent me a commemorative ball for the world cup game of Morocco v France when I originally ordered one for Croatia vs Morocco third place playoff. their shipping was delayed but was expected due to the holiday rush but they weren't able to correct the order or even attempt to and only offered a refund after spending 300$ plus on a ball you think they will be able to get the order correct this is a massive mistake that should of never happened and now I am out of a limited time ball that I bought weeks ago.

I have not received my order. It’s been three months and the tracking number is now expired. I emailed them and no response.

This company was taking advantage of World Cup hype selling products they didn't even have, doing shady shipping tactics such as producing a label, marking it shipped when the package was not picked up for 2 weeks later. Both times I've called I was told shipping to Canada can take up to up to 2 months. I call bull! I am a shipper that ships to and from the US all the time and yes, you can't control how long customs holds it, but you can chose a quicker service so it doesn't take a month to get a package to the border! There has been no update to tracking since Dec 14th, and it's a month later. It missed the world cup, it missed christmas, and they refused to issue a refund/return until it arrives. They were quite dismissive with my call/concern and seemed like they didn't care. If my products are not in my hands in a weeks time, I'm calling my credit card company to report.

I placed an order on December 12 for a Christmas gift as it said it would take 5-10 business days to arrive. 3 weeks passed and it still did not arrive. I called twice to ask where it may be and the customer service was very rude for no reason when I just politely asked when I can expect the order to arrive. Avoid at all costs because if I saw these bad reviews earlier I would have just ordered from elsewhere.

I got a reply on TrustPilot to assist me again with my order.
Just for fun, I responded and send my order number and I get that I was refunded partially and other item as it shipped.
I made one bug order. They never honored the coupon code of 2dayoff.
Still paid shipping, and they end up sending one item that will arrive sometimes in 2023 after January.
The item was shipped was literally $5. Why would you even send it?

I placed an order with 2 day shipping , called the day after they were supposed to arrive. Guaranteed the items would be shipping the next morning. The morning they were supposed to ship received an email telling me they would not be received until the following month.

I made my order 1 month ago. Paid by credit card. Transaction was cancelled as the money wasnt claimed. Then a month later. Money was deducted! I dont even have a shipping or tracking number. Only email i got was to write a review! I wouldnt recommend them.

If you’re not happy with an item or ordered the wrong size they will charge your account $6 for a return fee. Not worth it.

I ordered a jersey from this company and they sent me a code for no shipping. They sent me an invoice with out the shipping and then charged me 3 days later for the shipping. I will never order from here again. There trying to be sneaky. You can have the 10.99!!

At first I was quite skeptical about the website and also about the bad rating of it here on Trustpilot. But I have to say I can not complain at all. I ordered the Benzema golden edition shirt which was sent to me 1,5 months after I bought it on the website. It is the original jersey, the shipment was quite fast for the fact it came from the US to europe and was packed in nicely.
