My wife and I purchased remnant carpet as well as new carpet for two bedrooms. Our sales person, Chris, was helpful but after we left the store he didn't return my email question confirming the delivery date. Their policy for confirming install date involves you paying the remaining balance for the carpet and install. I was very unhappy with this policy. Luckly for me I used my credit card so if their had been a problem I would have been able to get my money back but everyone else should be aware. In the future I will look elsewhere.

On the positive side the install went without a hitch, the installers were friendly and the carpet looks great.

The devices from all personnel were outstanding. IWithout reserve, I woukd but future carpets there.

We redid our first floor with wood and 2nd floor with carpet. We were very pleased with the variety and value we got for our money. Most of all we really liked the people that came for the installation. They were top class. I will recommend Worldwide to anyone. Jeff and Darlene at the Lawrenceville NJ office are a joy to work with.

When things did not go as planned and this happens often,everything Worldwide said they would do to correct the situation they did, resulting in the installation of a beautiful floor for us.

Pros: sales process was excellent, wide selection; installers came early, worked full days, got a lot done in a short time

Cons: communication issues with install team, I wasn't informed the vinyl floor I ordered wouldn't work in one space until well into the project, nobody came for 2 days and didn't tell me why until I reached out to them.

Note that Worldwide is exchanging the vinyl for wood at no additional charge.

Although the carpet they brought in was not the size as the tag said on the install date, and I have to run back to the store to discuss about exchange . I think that's some else mistake, not the people who served me .In fact the whole service except this is good, the sale lady,the install guys are nice and good and helpful.So I still give them 4 stars.
