First I’d like to complement our sales person, Leah. She let us right to the perfect product I had been looking for for months. The floor is beautiful and I am so happy because although the entire project went to little slower than I anticipated, Leah was always there to answer the phone and remedy the situation. The installers were really excellent nice guys Who left the place spotless. I’m only giving four stars because there is definitely a problem with communication between the warehouse,installation and the store. I know Covid is part of the problem as is the supply chain.That being said I will definitely use worldwide flooring again. Their customer support is truly rare in this day and age.

Their prices may be fair, but their customer service needs work. If you have issues, I'd suggest emailing the Executive VP through the website (requests on the web site seem to go through him). At least the VP is nice and professional. VP gets 5 stars. Sales and warehouse delivery not so much.

I wanted to take the time & write this review to give Eddie & Allison in the installation department, at the Edison location, a HUGE thank you! Eddie was very knowledgeable, neat, efficient, & clean with his work. I also would like to acknowledge Allison who helped get me on the schedule in a fast & timely manner after I had concerns. I GREATLY appreciate the both of them for their time & patience. They both played a part in making my experience with WorldWideFloors a great one!

First of all our salesperson, Lori, was fantastic. She suggested exactly what we were looking for. The installers did a fantastic job.
We have used Worldwide for many years & have never been disappointed. They go above & beyond to take such care of their customers. Love that!

Had another room in our house by Worldwide today. One more time they did a fabulous job. The installers arrived in a nice clean van and were dressed very professionally. They came in, installed the carpet, vacuumed and replaced the furniture perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Highly recommend WW.

Did not receive carpet that I ordered. Instead received inferior quality carpet and Worldwide refused to acknowledge the difference. Will not recommend Worldwide to anyone and will never buy anything there again.

Very positive experience with our salesperson, Mara, as well as Ed who installed our carpet. We are very happy with our new carpeting. Good quality for the price. We will definitely shop at Worldwide for future carpet purchases.

We’re very happy with the floor. They match the floor to my other wood floors perfectly.

Sales service was great - got a great price and thorough explanation as to what would occur during installation. Unfortunately, what sales had stated would occur did not match what actually occurred - the install people did not scrape the leftover mortar off the floor (we had specifically discussed with sales to pay for a scraper so that the floor would be level for the install), so the final floor install is uneven and looks sloppy. Also, the install people left too much glue residue between the wood planks (didn't wipe them down). The install truck that arrived looked like a 3rd party that WW was using, but regardless, their service was subpar. Overall, I would not use WW again for install. I may consider them for future wood flooring purchases, although I may opt to select a different supplier with a more reliable install team.

Worked with Joe Sheehan, great guy. Explained everything clearly without any high pressure. Pricing was fair and a few discrepancies we found on the billing (items charged for but not performed) were quickly refunded with no aggravation.
Their Installation crew was professional, neat, cleaned up after the job was done and very respectful of our home.
Would definitely use WWFC again and gladly recommend to others.

Would have been 5 stars if it didn't take then so long to schedule an install date. The install itself was very efficient and made so much easier by the installer(Diego).

The store sales associate and manager were interested in selling the carpet, but when issues arose, the installer and scheduler were helpful. Manager never followed up on my message. Very disappointed with service.

Salesman worked extensively to meet my evolving choices, personally delivering to my home carpet samples missing at the store so I could see my choice in my room. Installers measured courteously and on time, and installers did the same, with extra effort on some hanging sliding doors that had to be removed. All in all, I could not have asked for more attentive and better service, while the store had as much choice as I could want.

Good experience buying from worldwide wholesale floor coverings. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Measuring and installation were very good.
