I have been their customer for years.. Syazwan was particularly helpful with the quick settlement of the claim. Highly recommend insuring your car hire with Worldwide Travel Insurance.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service — fast and extremely kind. I was able to renew my existing policy with incredible ease. In the past I also needed a refund, and that too was extremely quick and easy to request.

Very slow admin and prices have doubled

You took a full working week to inform me that your offer (approx 6 weeks old) was no longer valid and that the premium had increased by nearly 100%. I needed the insurance in a hurry and this delay made the purchase a waste of time as the premium was not processed by the start of the car hire period. 10 days to buy car insurance is not acceptable.

I have been using them for years

I have been using them for years, thankfully never had to claim on insurance so don't know the actual result of doing so. What i know is this insurance gives me peace of mind and knowing that i don't have to pay the rental companies huge amounts.
