I was a bit disappointed when my key rings arrived I was expecting them to be soft bendy but instead they are rigid which I think will be easily broken

I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the key rings that you ordered. It does state in the description of the number plate key rings that they are made from PLA which appears as a hard plastic.
We do a lot of testing on these as we don't want them breaking. We have not had any complaints of them breaking recently as we have made them as strong as possible. If there are any problems with them breaking then we are happy to look into this and replace if necessary.
Amazing company
Wow is their name and wow what amazing products and people, great communication they were very happy to help me with my request and made a design for me to look at very fast this is the 3rd time I have ordered from them and each time they have been fantastic. I will be back again!!

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from order to delivery was exceptionally quick considering pandemic and mid December when I placed the order. Quality of product was also superb. These were ordered as extras for both my sons Xmas. They were really pleased with them too.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a keyring and it did not arrive on the date and time shown so i emailed the company and asked why it was delayed i was told to wait for another 2 days and it still didnt arrive so i emailed again and thank you to carl smith who was very helpful and i managed to get my order within 1 working day!! Thank you carl for all of your help really appreciate it !

Good product, long wait
The product seems durable and it's well designed and made, but the wait for it to arrive was much longer than I was told it would be, with no communication to explain why. Furthermore it's not the easiest website to find (my brother asked me to buy him something from the site and after much fruitless googling, I had to ask him for a link).
Edit: I must have done my maths wrong as you say it arrived within the time frame (my maths isn't strong)! Changed from 3 to 5 stars to account for that and because you clearly care about taking time to respond to your customers which I really value.

I am sorry to hear that your order took longer than you expected.
Your order was sent within the creation time that we state when ordering and was delivered within the 10 working days (Monday - Friday) after we sent your order.
Usually Royal Mail's 1st Class option takes 2-5 working days, however due to Covid-19 and Christmas, we anticipated that there could be delays which is why we advised on the website that it can take 10 working days to avoid disappointment when ordering.
As you selected the standard delivery option we were not able to track your order and therefore have no way to see if our customer's orders have arrived, unless we receive communication from them to advise of this. If we had of received an email from you advising you were still waiting for your order we could of reconfirmed our delivery times with you, however as advised I can see your order did arrive in the stated timeframe.

I have just looked into your order as we have had no communication from you other than this review at this stage.

Your order was sent out with Royal Mail 1st Class Post on 24th November, we then state that this can take up to 10 working days to arrive (so far it has only been 6 working days at the time of this review)
Normally this service is very good and arrives in 2-5 working days, however with everything that is going on at the moment, we appreciate that Royal Mail are very busy.
If your order is not received by Monday 7th December, please let us know via email and we will get this sorted for you.
