First time on the website after seeing advertisements on social media. The website is very easy to navigate and the process of personalising your product is very easy. I opted for the cheapest delivery option and was prepared to wait much longer for it to come however it came within a couple of days which absolutely made my day when I wasn’t expecting it so soon!! (It’s the little things haha)

Good little gift for anyone
So far I have placed 2 orders with WoW Creations for their personalised number plate keyring, the most recent one being this month. Both times have been good.
I can not fault their prompt customer service on my most recent order as it was a gift to be delivered specifically on a certain date (but I forgot to specify this and even with that I was helped out a lot to meet my needs).

Thank you for your review, I must say I am surprised that you have left us a 1-star review.
We pride ourselves in dealing with any problems as quickly as possible and I could not have tried any harder to get this sorted for you.
We sent your order out the day after you ordered it (even though we have a 1-3 day creation time) and sent your order out with Royal Mail 1st Class, which during this time, can take up to 14 working days to arrive.
We do however say 10 working days, so that we have time to get a replacement if it does not arrive in this time frame.
You got in touch yesterday (06/10/20) at 16:08 (only 8 days into the 10 working day delivery time) as you needed the order urgently, I reprinted your order and I personally took this to the APC depot by 17:30, using a tracked, next day service to make sure that it arrives today (07/10/20), of which it is currently out on delivery.
I am sorry that the first delivery did not arrive quickly, but hope that you are happy with the one that does arrive.

Very happy with the products I ordered, after they had been delivered my mom saw the car regeneration keyring I had and instantly wanted one. I found out about wow creations from a friend that had ordered!!
