My girls love the Evo scooter great quality, great value for money, and I've got to say this company has the best customer service, if i could 10* I absolutely would.

This company,let me down big-time, I ordered a doll and pram for my Granddaughters birthday ,I was told next day delivery , when my order didn’t arrive in the next couple of days, I contacted the company and said I was told next day delivery. Then they changed it to 3-5 says ,I contacted the company again and asked if I will receive it for my granddaughters birthday which iwas 4 days later ,the company said I should have the doll and pram by then , I never received it ,after a total of 10 days ,already missed my Granddaughters birthday,so I asked for a refund, so I could get it from someone who could furnish me with a doll and pram . So the company said they had refunded my money to the account I used to purchase it, and would take between 5-10 days,
Talk about rubbing salt into into the wound,
5-10 days to refund my money is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous,especially when you know it can be done in less than 5 minutes, I’m surprised this company is still in business, the incompetence has to be seen to be believed. Steer clear of this disastrous company, I really don’t know how they’re still in business,
I would avoid this company like the plague. That should be half a star…

I have bought toys over time from WOWOW and have always been extremely impressed with speed of delivery and quality of the items. They have truly proved what a great company they are with my recent purchase, unfortunately it was slightly damaged they replied to my email within hours and sent a replacement which arrived the next day 👏👏👏 Great products and great customer support 🌟

Fantastic service from start to finish, fast delivery, the balance bike is perfect for our two year old granddaughter and she loves it. Great value for money as the same bike was much more expensive in our local argos but was also out of stock. Will buy from this store again as service and delivery, also communication was excellent.

I ordered two Evo scooters for my children, my 4-year-old son and my 3-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, my daughter’s scooter stopped lighting up after only a short indoor use.

I emailed the company straight away, but because of the bank holiday I had to wait until Tuesday for a response. First thing Tuesday morning, I received an email confirming that a replacement had already been sent out, followed by a reply to my original message.

The replacement scooter arrived the very next day, which I was extremely impressed with.

I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the issue was handled. It’s refreshing to see a company put customer service first and resolve a defect without any hassle.

I would definitely buy from this company again.

I initially bought a doll pram for Xmas, couldn’t fault the order process or the prompt delivery. Pram wheels became faulty just recently, so almost 5 months after purchase. I emailed their customer service getting an immediate reply even though it was a Saturday. They asked for some more info on the fault, pictures if I could provide and asked would I prefer a refund or replacements. I answered the email the following week again getting an immediate very pleasant reply, an apology and reassured that a replacement would be despatched that day. It was indeed and delivered by DPD the next day. Absolutely excellent customer service!

I ordered from this store online, but then had a bit of buyers remorse - not for any reason to do with the supplier, a personal thing. I anxiously called first thing the following morning and asked if it was possible to cancel my order, the lady I spoke to was very efficient, cancelled my order for me at no cost/ fee, and didn’t prompt me for an excuse or anything. I’d definitely be back when I am ready to make the purchase.

I received my order very quick so no problem with service but box doll came in was torn and battered as it was for my grandaughter birthday i wasn't too happy with condition of box. It is for her birthday in June.

Delivery within 3 days - quality product.

My son is autistic and use’s a specific stretchy lizard toy to stim with. Everywhere has stopped selling them but I found them on here in bulk! I’ve ordered a couple of times and delivery has been so fast. I had an issue with one delivery due to the courier not the sellers and customer service couldn’t be more helpful! They arranged an other delivery and it come straight away and they compensated me with extra lizards! Honestly you don’t know how much that means to me. My son melts down and it can be horrendous without these lizard toys and you made things so easy and lovely and just thank you. Would 100% recommend your company to anyone! Xx

There was a good choice of items, pretty quick delivery. My biggest disappointment was the fact the I knew the Joie dolls car seat had an interchangeable pram to match it, but when I bought a pram and car seat bundle, the pram wasn’t the interchangeable one!! I know it’s my own fault for not checking the name of the pram and assuming it would be the interchangeable one ( and it’s the same flippin’ price!!) why on earth would they not bundle interchangeable items together?!!! They certainly made an ass out of me😩!!
