First of all...I wouldn't give this company one star but I had to to leave a comment. I had the same exact experience as the comment below me. I ordered 2 Christmas sweatshirts early in November and received them Christmas Eve. A littler too late to wear for Christmas holiday. I returned both. One was opened, the other was not. I never received a refund nor have they ever replied to any of my emails. The prodect is not as it is shows. The quality is terrible and the customer service is worse. I will never buy anything from them again. Buyer beware!!!!

I can't say enough BAD things about my EXPERIENCE with this company!! My husband ordered 2 sweatshirts for my Christmas present... I could not wear them as they were way to small and they were not as pictured on the website!! The items are CRAP! I have been emailing back and fourth with them since December 26th to return the items.... first they offered me $6 refund and I keep the items, then $9, then $12 and finally $13. I decided to pay the shipping to return the items ($15.00). They received the return on 1/21 per the tracking and I have been trying to get my refund of $43.98 ever since. First they said to wait 5 to 7 days to process the refund and now 9 days later they want me to wait another 2 to 3 days and contact them again.. I told them to stop playing games and return the money... I have sent them everything they have requested over and over.... VERY FRUSTRATING!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!! They do NOT send what you order and when you want a refund they won't give it. They steal your money and provide you with CRAP!!! Do NOT buy from this website.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a Star Wars blanket and got a blanket with camping trailers on it. i waited 4 weeks for it to arrive and it was a totally different blanket. Now they won’t answer me. Trying to dispute through PayPal. Do not buy from this company.

The sweatshirt we ordered wasn't actually a sweatshirt, very plasticy material, no stretch either. This was a christmas gift, so by the time it was opened , the return window had closed, it's only 15 days!) and they were not willing to do anything about it. First response was they would give me a 10% discount for another order, second response was a $4 credit and the coupon, third response was $6 credit and the coupon, last offer was $7 credit or I could return the item to China at my own expense and had to send it in with the original packaging and photos! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

The product was nice but I did not realize came from China. Even using there size chart and a consult via email with customer service they were too small. After a 2 week back and forth I agreed to keep product (WHICH DOESNT FIT) and get $14 back on a $55 purchase. But frankly remarks made by customer service led me to believe if I’d mailed sweatshirts back; I would be out refund and product. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SIGHT.

I made an order by November for Christmas and is January and two items are "in transit" since December 24 but haven't arrived yet. People keep asking me to be patient and wait for 7 more days for the past two weeks and nothing. I'm asking for a refund and they are not answering... SCAM!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered what was supposed to be 3 gnome sweatshirts. I paid extra shipping and took a month to get to me. When receiving the so called sweatshirts. They were made out on non stretchy cheap material, 2-3 sizes smaller than they should have been based on their sizing chart. I asked for a refund. Was told they would refund me $10 of the $65.97 I paid and that I had to pay shipping to send them back. I currently have them in review with PayPal and my credit card company. DO NOT order anything from this site. They will mail you crap and take your money

Purchased dec 12 Paid extra for fast shipping 3 to 7 days Haha It is January 3rd Wrote to them Was told they were working on it and should be shipped shortly They lie!

I would give them a zero star! I placed the order on Nov 4, my credit card was charged on Nov 7. As of today, I still haven’t received my order. I sent them numerous emails and all I received were excuses after excuses such as Holliday time, custom problems...if I would have known that these could come from overseas, I would never order it. I wish I would have done my research about this company before placing the order!

I purchased 2 gnome's sweatshirts, a Hallmark sweatshirt and a tree sweatshirt. The tree sweatshirt is some type of cotton material, the other 3 sweatshirts are polyester and the waist is super small. I emailed this company many times, website said 15-17 days for delivery, I ordered them December 3rd. After many emails, company said, per website, it's 20-25 days, I emailed them back and said"no, I took a picture of my purchase, your site said 15-17 days ". I did not know items were coming from China and would sit in customs for many days, I received my items December 27th. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Sizes are all wrong, ordered an XXL, it seems to be an XL. I thought I was buying Cotton sweatshirts, not gross feeling polyester! Wowsclub is now wowscloset!! 1/2/2020

Absolutely terrible service, the item arrived late, really nasty material, and the sizing is completely wrong, I ordered a 3xl and it doesn't fit someone who usually wears a medium. I have been offered a $7 refund. I have never received such shocking customer service in my life.

DO NOT buy from this company! Took two months to get my order and it finally arrived Dec 26! Offered me a $5 refund! Ugh! Never again! They really deserve 0 stars!

I wouldnt even give one star.
Waited forever, finally got a small and a med. They both fit up top, but get smaller as it gets to the hips. They are making me pay shipping, to a warehouse in City Of Industry, Ca. I had several emails go back and forth...they offered me a $7.00 refund if I would keep the items and maybe give them to someobe or resell them, and they would also give me a discoynt for my next order! Seriously? Then it went to $9.00, then $12.00. And wont pay shopping. The persons name is Candy...yeah, right.
I shipped 2 days ago, $13.00. Cost me $48.00 to purchase. I told them they were responsible for shipping, it is their fault the fit is off. Nope. They won't do it. She tried to tell me they are a small business...wanted sympathy. Nope. I'm going to write it up everywhere I can.

I am extremely disappointed with the merchandise. Finally 6 weeks later after placing the order I received it. I bought 2 sweatshirts and a T-shirt, they are not what the pictures show. They are not Hallmark brand as they advertise it, they are cheaply made. I ordered 2 M sweatshirts, they sent me 2 M that look like XL. I think they ran out of M and because I was asking for my order put an M to a bigger size.
The T-shirt is equally bad.
I bought only because it was a "Hallmark" brand, if I had known it was a Chinese business I would have never placed the order.

Warning; this is not the adorable sweatshirt it appears. The material is polyester, the fit is extremely small. The neck on a large is approx an extra small. The waistband is also extremely small. This site also limits returns. Do no waste your money.

Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam. Very poor quality! I ordered a sweatshirt and a stretch material that feels like plastic is what I received. Having a really hard time returning! Will never buy from this company

Do not buy from this sight . Nothing like the picture.horrible material,no shape to anything . Literally a 5 pound jumper at a rip off price .
