No customer service!!! Does anyone know what to do when you do not get your order. I can't call!! No response to emails!! DO NOT ORDER!!

I have had the worst time getting anyone to talk to me about my order. It's been almost 7 weeks since I ordered and I finally had to open a dispute case through PayPal.
Their reply to my dispute message was "please email us and we will get it taken care of. Please close the dispute case."
YEAH RIGHT!! They wouldn't respond to my emails so now they want me to email them. I don't think so! The time has passed and my emails have gone unanswered.
Now!! They have changed their name on the website to WOWCLOSET.COM

Terrible company, item not as described, no customer service to talk to...basically you order it your stuck!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I placed an order for 8 sweatshirts a month ago and still have not received them. I requested an order cancellation and 2 days later the CS agent responded that they had shipped the order (2 days after I requested a cancellations), I continued to track the order and didn't see movement until 4 days later... I received a package the following week with only 2 sweatshirts - mind you all the sweatshirts I ordered were the exact same (ordered for a group of girls for a party). I still have yet to receive the other sweatshirts and haven't been given instructions on how to return and receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE.

I placed an order over a month ago & have received nothing and now with all this bad reviews I'm afraid I'll be out $47 for two items and will not receive anything or will not receive what I ordered. I'm going to try to get a refund also! Such a scam!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality is horrible! I ordered 3 garments and only received 2. So disappointed!!!

This company deserves no stars but I had to click on one to post a review! Finally received my shirt today. It was ordered the second week of November. I did not know definitively it was coming from China. Although I had my suspicions when I saw the name of the person that accepted payment from PayPal. The quality is awful! The material is shiny and mostly polyester! Nothing like the photo online! The image on the front is like an iron on! I am so disappointed! After waiting so long to receive this garbage! Don’t waste your money!

Cheap China made material not a sweatshirt more like a long sleeve t-shirt. Don’t waste your money.

This is not a legit company. Sent numerous emails on where my order is. They sent me bogus tracking numbers. Going to have to work with credit card to get my money returned. Please, do not use this company, you will regret it.

The WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They tried refunding me only $5 for a sweatshirt that I paid $29.98 for. I have demanded a refund and will be flagging this with my bank as a scam and fraud.

After a month I have yet to receive my merchandise and they will not refund my money. I am up to 25 emails with them and I keep getting these BS reply's, "just wait", "try it on first". IT IS ALL A SCAM! I have filed with my bank to get my money back with the fraud department.

Do not buy anything from this company. Sweatshirts advertised as cotton but actually are some awful shiny, stretchy material you wouldn't even clean your boots with. The website details are blatant lies, the clothing is of sub-quality and that the customer service is appallingly bad. I paid £36, and they offered me a refund of $5 and I got to keep the crap shirts.

Like many of the other reviewers here, I wish I’d read these reviews first. What I got looked nothing like the photo online. It’s the worst excuse for a sweatshirt that I’ve ever seen. Shoddy, shiny (and not in a good way) fabric, poor fit and just plain ugly. This is going to Goodwill immediately. They make you pay shipping to send it back, and it’s not worth the trouble (hmmm, maybe that’s what they’re hoping buyers will think). I wish I could write a review on their website, but am unable to. I’m convinced that all of the reviews they show (all glowing of course) are made up. Will never EVER purchase anything from them again!

I wish I would have found these reviews before I purchased this shirt. I thought I was getting a sweatshirt but NOT! What a waste of money and it wasn't cheap. It makes me sick that I spent what little money I have on this. So disappointed.

I don't think they know what a sweatshirt is, I got a very silky 3x long sleeve t shirt. A 3x is very big for me but this one I think is made for a child!!! Terrible. Will be sending it to the Goodwill.

Just received my order and that is trash!
it is said cotton on the product page, in fact, 100% polyester.
I am going to visit their return office in the City of Industries and find out how I can return this trash.

Never Never order anything from WOW club. Although they respond to emails everthing they tell you is a lie. I recieved several emails with in one week telling me my order was delayed, then it was being shipped and then it was being delayed again. When i requested to cancel and get a refund the same three emails came to me again
Still fighting to get my money back. Total scam! Never again!!!!

Wow is right sizes are WAY off,quality is absolutely awful. A huge waste of money.
