They are a joke. The product sucks. The money back guarantee is BS. Total and complete scam.

These people are ridiculous.

I bought a dual retractable dog leash. Is 2 retractable leads so that I could retract or expand separately. Well I hooked my dogs into it from inside the car (16 and 9 lbs approx) and as soon as they were out of the car they ran to the end of the leash and one of them snapped and stuck, unretractable.

I contacted the company for a return/refund and 3 days later they replied asking for video / picture proof the item was defective (?). So I did that. 3 days later I get another email asking for proof that the item was unopened (?). I emailed back saying this must be a mistake as I already sent proof the item was opened, used, broke. Please tell me how to return and get refund.

Got another email 3 days later from a supposed 'marketing coordinator' offering me the equivalent of the value plus 10% off any purchase on their site. Well their site is full of Chinese crap that I can buy at the dollar store and on Amazon for the same or less. (for instance $25 for outdoor LED lights that I can buy on Amazon for $15).

So I sent another email just now saying I do not wish to take items in trade, please tell me how to get a return/refund submitted. Now I wait 3 days. . . .

If I could submit this review with no stars that would be my preference. I ordered 4 solar pest repelleres to control rabbits in my yard. They were not effective against the rabbits and the alarm sound was constant so that I couldn't enjoy sitting on my porch. One unit stopped working in a matter of days. When I contacted the company, they asked me to send a video of the unit that wasn't working and ignored the other reasons I was dissatisfied. I sent photos of a rabbit in direct view of 2 units completely undeterred by the flashing light and supposedly inaudible alarm. I have been back and forth with the company for 4 days now and know they have no intention of giving me a refund.
I am trying to break the Amazon habit by buying from other vendors, but guaranteed satisfaction is a hard thing to give up when shopping on line.

Do I buy anything from this company. They will send you the wrong item different from what they advertise.

I ordered an item from Wrapango and received the wrong item. I immediately emailed them that I wanted the correct item shipped or a refund. They did respond with a link to order a similar item but not the same item I initially ordered. I emailed them again with no response. Products ordered are very poorly made and do come directly from China. I guess I am out my $24.00. I will never again order from Wrapango!

i ordered a product and recieved something that i did not order i called there number and get nothing but a recording please leave a number and message and we will get back to u asap and they never respond i wouldnt trust this company after my experience with them

I purchased a portable 30TB SSD from Wrapango. I got it 15 days. But it dose not work well, it disconnected automatically when I try to transfer my file in it. I called the Phone # which show on their Webste a lot of times, never has somebody answer the phone, then I left message, but nobody give me call back.
I email with a customer representative to ask return this SSD and get refund. Even I follow the instructions she/he give to me (phone took) . I could not get the return label (their return policy said if request return, they will send return label).

I do not recmmend buy anything from this Website .

If I could give this company no star I would horrible products I mean absolutely positively without a doubt the worst thing I have ever bought in my entire life to date they have these cameras they sell that they say are the best they had nothing inside they are from China and probably cost 1penny to make and they charge 65.00 a piece totally bad busin3ss they need to be shut down !!!

Ordered a month ago, still no product delivered. At this point, I don’t know if I will ever get my order. Hate being scammed!

Please BEWARE this is a scam my fiancé ordered from them online which amounted to $25.00USD which was fine but they charged/used his card for unauthorized purchases a week later for over $90.00USD they have access to view your full card info now when you pay online and use it for personal gain. I wish we could do something about this!!! Such a shame to have to report his card during the holidays!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS. I bought the deer, animal repelllent (3 devices) and all three worked for 1 month. Two then died. I contacted customer service for replacements and was given the run around. First, send pictures, then send a video... They take forever to respond. Just kiss your money good bye if you do business with them!!!

If I could, I'd give a 0 out of 5 stars. total scam. they have no social media follow...should've been my 1st red flag...its like they make these stuff out of dollar tree items from their mom's basement. Don't waste your time on them. they're scammers from another country.

They are selling items that do not work! I bought four bug catchers. They did not catch a signal bug although there were bugs in the house. And the catchers, all four, were intentionally placed in the active zone. Contacted customer service, they send 1 email per day. It’s taken a week for them to say the items are not defective and to return them it will cost me $20. Once they receive them they will return the difference. Rather than the headache, I threw them in the trash. The reviews online are fake, created by them because they know if they sell in the US there is nothing we can do to an international company.

I also bought flytraps. They do not operate at all, much less catch flies. I have asked for a return ticket, and they say they want a video, which sounds like a stall to me. I have emailed them that I won't make a video of something that doesn't move

The solar animal chaser they sell says it has 2 strobe flashing lights while omitting a sound only they hear. I got them put them out and gave them a few weeks to work as it says it takes a while to do the job.NEVER ONCE HAS ANY 1 OF 6 LIGHTS HAVE EVER FLASHED! Sunday there were 2 deer grazing not 5 feet away. Contacted customer service and might as well have been no one there. STAY AWAY!!!!

Unfortunately Amazon lets anyone sell on their website! This place is a scam. Purchase two pet reflectors and they didn't work. I tried calling the company no answer. I tried emailing with no response. It turns out they are a company in Bulgaria. Scam artists working in a basement screwing people over.

4 deer deturants all failed paid for return,no response would never deal with your company again.

Complete scam. DO NOT deal with company. Pest repellants are ineffective and make noise that people can hear constantly. Website claims free returns. The company wants 12 dollars to return. Company asks you for pictures and pesters you about the return. I believe they are taking your pictures to write fake reviews on their site. Most of the site reviews are mysteriously 2 sentences long with similar themes. I think of their 1000+ reviews, probably 99% of them are fake. Will probably be doing a credit card chargeback due to their obvious disregard for their site's guarantees.

This is my second review, because they still haven't refunded me. These cat deterrents do not work & haven't worked since I've bought them. They keep trying to dodge me by asking for pictures & videos of the product. Why??? They don't work. Tried calling, but no answer. I believe they're nothing but scam artis selling worthless products. Bought the exact same product from Amazon years ago & returned 1 that didn't work correctly & they sent a new one with no problems. Horrible, horrible experience!!!

I ordered "the world's best fly catcher", 2 of them. I put the bate out I purchased with the units, charged one of them and set it out. To my surprise, the flies will land on the bate and fly away, unharmed!
These things are absolute junk. And, the money back guarantee, I see says the product must be unused for a refund.
Don't buy anything from Wrapango. They sell inferior products and won't respond when contacted through email.
