Wrong estimated delivery advertized

There should actually be an option for no stars. Item arrived 2 weeks after estimated delivery. The Item is still in the package it was shipped in and I’m trying to get this item returned with no success. Michaela has been asking the same questions, how many times I’m I supposed to explain myself. Wrong advertising of estimated delivery date, item is no longer needed. I want to return it and get my refund and you keep asking the exact same questions I have already answered. Meanwhile, this is the same individual that said I should let them know once the item arrives so a return label can be created for it. This is my first time shopping from them and will certainly be the last. Terrible Terrible experience!!

DO NOT BUY from this company as they do…

DO NOT BUY from this company as they do not stand by their products! I ordered a faulty ultrasonic deer repeller and they refused to refund me because the product is used. Of course it's used, how would I know it doesn't work?! BUYER BEWARE!

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch! I did not see the posts for my product in the shipping box. Michaela was amazing. She got back to me right away, and explained that the posts were under the cardboard separating piece on the bottom of the box. The units were easy to assemble, and put in ground. So far, no deer!

Excellent Customer Service

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. Excellent quality. My order was lost any shipping and the company reached out to me immediately to resolve the issue. Schedule A new shipment which I received very quickly. I would like to Thank the representative that made this happen by going above and beyond to help me.

Great Customer Service

I had an issue with the unit I ordered. I emailed Michaela with customer service and requested either a refund or another unit. After sending a short clip showing the issue with the unit, Michaela immediately processed shipment for a new unit to be sent to me.

I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to get the problem fixed and thought Michaela was great.

Poor Customer service and defective products

My first and last purchase due to defective product and HORRIBLE customer service.
I purchased an SSD from them and reported that no matter what device I connected it to, there's an error causing it not to stay connected. I called customer service and was hung up on. I emailed them and provided all the info they asked for and they were still rude. Should have known it would have been poor quality because of the cheap price.

Amazing product and help you with your weight !!!

I have been using this product for so long. It is really amazing and help me to keep my weight down and stable. Now I feel like can’t live without it. It is easy to use and just put it over 8 hrs and relocate the spot every time you use it. It might leave a red mark but it will go away quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and want to share my thoughts with you all.

I’m impressed with your companies…

I’m impressed with your companies personal touch. I had a question prior to receiving my patches soooo… I sent an email hoping it would get read sometime in this lifetime. Well to my surprise Michaela was on it. I really appreciate your willingness to answer my questions and provide me with a timely response to my concerns . You made me feel like a person not a number , you made me feel like I matter which helped restore my confidence and excitement about my new weight loss journey with your company.

My order for the rotating curling iron arrived damaged. I contacted Wrapango Customer Service and a working replacement was in my hands within 2 weeks. I was VERY impressed at the ease in dealing with this company.
