I'm 34 and I see little to no difference after using the chest and neck patches. I can't imagine that this product is safe to use up to 20 times, but I'm not about to test it.

Terrible company, cleaver marketing that’s about it. Zero customer service, avoid!

They simply don’t work. No difference whatsoever to wrinkles on forehead, after wearing forehead patch overnight for 8+ hours. Came out of my morning shower with the exact same skin that I always have. Waste of money.

I wanted to write a review the day after I first used a chest patch but I also wanted to wait so I could give an honest review after reading some of the not so good feedback.
The chest patch for me is amazing. I noticed a difference the very next day when I took the patch off for the first time, It had worked wonders. I looked at the area where my chest lines usually are and I really could not see them. I held off from reviewing sooner because I wanted to make sure that the patch really did last as long as they claimed it would. Today is day 14 and it’s still sticking to me and keeping the lines at bay. It’s not short lived, The results for me last all day. The first night I slept on my back and I was so worried that it would slide off that I kept waking up in a panic, but it was stuck to me like glue. Sometimes I accidentally roll onto my side because that’s my favourite sleeping position but it still keeps the lines at bay. I also bought Silicone patch cleanser so I’m not sure if that makes a difference and I wash my chest area before applying the patch but I only use a wet flannel and then dry my skin and apply the patch within say 10 seconds and it sticks. I get no reaction from the adhesive.
I must add that I tried the forehead patches and unfortunately for me they are too big because I have quite a small face. I did however cut it down but I found that it enlarged my pores so I haven’t continued with the forehead patches but I will 100% continue with the chest patches which are thicker. I've been using the eye patches for about 8 days. Maybe I've been lucky but the product was delivered really quickly as too has the second batch I've just ordered. I've not had to contact customer services so I can't comment in that regard. Currently up to 4 days of continuous nightly use for my second pair of patches. I have cleaned these each morning using the silicone cleaner and so far they've retained their stickiness. The first pair I tried I failed to read the cleaning instructions correctly and they only lasted for 4 wears. I suffer from sensitive skin and have had no adverse reaction. Are the comfortable? yes they are. Do they work? Yes they do. I am 58 woman and a habitual side sleeper with a deep crease forming on my right cheek as a result. This has now almost disappeared. I am only giving them 4 stars as I'm currently unsure how many wears I'll get and they are pricey in my opinion which may prohibite my ability to continue to use them which is a shame as it's the only product I've found to work.

NOT AS ADVERTISED - Very Expensive for what you get - product is not as advertised - they say patches will be able to be reused 15-20 times. Not true. They were falling off the first and second time even though I followed instructions and washed my face before application. Patches were poorly shaped for where I needed them on my face. Return policy is only 14 days which doesn't give enough time for trying them if they say you can reuse them for 20 times!!! hahaha - ridiculous.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Patch didn’t stick. Customer services is ignoring my request to return and get a refund. Customer services takes days to respond to your email and then offers another solution that you don’t want! Appalling service

These work really well but they're only good for a couple uses... they say up to 15 uses but that is not true.
They lose their stickiness to your skin which makes them not very useful at all... too expensive for just a couple uses

Don’t waste your money. I’m not one to usually write reviews but my experience was so bad I felt compelled to. I purchased the eye wrinkle patches to target crows feet and my skin actually looked worse after I removed them in the morning. Fragile skin around eyes was left dehydrated and crepey! Plus it seemed to deepen the lines. Threw them in the bin!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM. My order never shipped out and it took over 2 weeks to get anyone from their team to respond to my emails. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. When I came to write this review- a majority of people who actually received their product said these patches aren’t sticky and don’t work. Save your time and money!!!

They’re not great - reusable is a stretch. It says up to 20 times then you read the fine print and that actually means the 2 pack and then says between 8 and 20
time so in reality you’re wearing them 2-3 times each and they stop sticking.
Don’t waste your money on them!
I also think they work for an immediate effect but actually the look doesn’t last. It’s not a fix at all!

Placed an order that was meant to be delivered in tracked 48, still waiting for delivery 10 days later so have to cancel as was a gift but can not get one response from my emails or completed contact form. Im starting to think its a scam

I have just used the Self-Dissolving Microneedle Patches that I recently ordered. I used them for the first time last night and now have a swollen under-eye.

Needless to say I am not wanting to use the remainder of the product and now have 2 unopened boxes as I have taken out a subscription and now have paid a lot of money for a product that I cannot use.

Have emailed and included photos of the damage the product has caused and have had no response at all. Reading the experience of others, It seems to be the approach they take in dealing with their customers.

I bought these after reading the rave reviews and was impressed they had won awards which is always a good sign right? Absolutely wrong, they came and I immediately thought that the packaging was cheap, it was made out of that nasty one use plastic which completely goes against the sustainable reusable ethos the brand leads you to believe they are! (One of the reasons I ordered them) I tried them over night as instructed they made my skin feel sweaty so had to take the mouth patch off as it was falling off! The eye patches made my under eyes look worse not better as they really pull at that delicate skin, the forehead patch irritated my skin on the second night leaving a red mark! I am not sure how these products would ever last more than three times in all honesty! I tried these as I don’t want to have Botox but I think I will stick to face yoga I have far more results doing things naturally with good skin care products! I normally always use trust pilot before buying anything I am really annoyed at myself for not doing so on this occasion! I am even wondering if these awards a genuine as surely not with such poor reviews on here! Lesson learnt never again!

I was so excited to try this product after reading the website reviews and watching the videos, but I am so disappointed. I ordered the multipack with forehead, lip and eye patches. The packaging states the patches can be reused up to 15-20 times, one of the reasons I proceeded with the order. In my experience, the forehead and lip patches can be used twice. By the third night, they stopped sticking and curled at the edges. I could feel them unsticking, which would wake me up. The eye patches can be used longer, about 5 nights.

I used the chest patch once and it gave me red scarring where the crease would have been. Almost like blood blisters! I hope they go but just a warning as I had an event and it’s left my with deep red lines down my chest :((((((

DO NOT waste your money or time. What a disappointment. They BARELY stay on whatsoever and that’s the FIRST time using them!! After 3 or 4 uses forget it. Where on earth did you get 15-20 uses ??!!

Excellent product I have noticed a definite improvement in my forehead lines since using the patch. 1st rate I’d highly recommend them and shortly will be purchasing the neck patch Thank You for a great product

Used forehead; chest and eye patches for 2 weeks with no difference other than the eye patches made my eyes look more wrinkled. Don’t waste your money! The before & after shots are obviously fake on their website!
