Didn’t deliver is stated timeframe. These were for a gift so I asked them to cancel order. They have not cancelled order and have dispatched them despite me requesting refund 4 times as item no longer needed. I will now have to return product most likely at my expense. Terrible customer service

Absolute waste of money and my skin is actually worst off. Yes, when you take off the patches after the night wrinkles are less, but that is very temporary. I’ve used them for 5 consecutive nights and instead of the skin being more hydrated and plumb, it’s actually dry, itchy and crepey which it never was. I greatly regret buying and using this product. I also regret not checking the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering.

Just don't bother ordering.
I have been trying to contact them for over a month in every way possible. Face book, on their Web site and email.
I eventually got a response via email 3 weeks later and they asked me what my issues were, i replied immediately and never heared anything from them since.

They obviously don't have enough staff to deal with all of their complaints.

The product does not work.

The bottom line...lip patches, 2 for £30, neck patch, 1 for £30 plus over £5 for shipping. This would not be outrageous if they were truly reusable - but they're not; two or three times, used over night, and they lose their adhesive qualities and are useless. So clearly for most of us these silicone patches are not an option.

But do they work? My experience is that I found a very temporary improvement which can also be achieved by one of those little facial massage machines which don't cost much and last ages.

So....fool's gold here, and I'm the fool for falling it.

Wish I could give a review of the product but as of now, the company has stolen $111 from me and is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Two day processing is a lie. Even if you pay for expedited processing. What a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I have used this product 3 nights in a row. It lost most of its stickiness after 1 night already so had to wear something on top to keep it on. So far, I have not seen any visible changes yet. Lots of great social media ads, but don't be fooled.

Was an absolute waste of money, says reusable but hardly would stick second time using it. Taking it off felt like ripping bandaids off and face still felt sore day after, no noticeable difference at all should have realised that when you see product advertised on social media that there are no comments at all. Keep your money in your pocket.
