I bought my first pair of WAGs about 5 years ago, after a yoga-related wrist injury put my exercise life on hold. They were life-changing - allowing me to get back in shape again. My exercise regimen has changed a lot over the years, from yoga and body pump to mat Pilates to Pilates reformer. My WAGs are the one constant. I don’t know what I’d do without them!

I am a Pilates instructor and have been using WAGs for many years. I have several pair that I leave various places: work, my exercise tote, gym locker, etc. so that I am never without. As a yoga practitioner and teacher, I do a lot of chattarangas and other wrist-supported asanas, often off the mat and on concrete, grass, floors, and I use my WAGS to help me achieve a protected and stable hastabandha with my hands.

I recently bought a pair of Wags training gloves for my wife. She was experiencing pain in her thumbs while lifting weights. I’m happy to say that Wags have provided the relief needed to continue her training. Two thumbs up to Wags. Excellent product!

I ordered the ones that said it provides the most wrist support. I liked that they are well made and had the nice padding in the palm, but the wrist wrap did not provide enough support for my arthritic wrist. I returned them as specified and they immediately posted a refund to my credit card. Worth a try to see if they’ll work for you.

The WAGS Pro gloves have been fantastic! These gloves give me the cushion I need to continue my yoga practice 3 times a week while my wrist heals.

The cushioning on the gloves is perfect for the Pilates class.

With diagnosis of RA these give excellent wrist support and this are comforting when doing yoga poses.
