Review for JustinCase.com

I purchased an iPhone case from Just in Case and was extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the product but also with the complete lack of customer service. The case started to deteriorate shortly after purchase, so I attempted to contact their support team. Both of their published email addresses (support and info) bounced back, leaving me with no way to reach them directly.
The only option available was their online contact form, which is very limited as it does not allow you to upload proof of purchase or photos of the defective product. Despite submitting the form, I never received any reply from the company.
This is unacceptable for an online retailer. Customers should be able to rely on working contact details and responsive support when problems arise. Instead, Just in Case made it impossible to resolve a legitimate complaint and ignored my request entirely.
My experience shows a company with poor product quality, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I would strongly advise avoiding Just in Case.

Unjust Account Suspension – No Transparency or Fairness

I am extremely disappointed with how Uber handled the suspension of my driver account. The decision was made without any proper investigation or even giving me a chance to explain my side of the story. As someone with years of experience in customer service and a clean driving record, I felt completely humiliated by the abrupt and unilateral closure of my account.

What’s worse, the suspension came right after I completed a ride with a payment issue that I had already flagged and attempted to resolve. Instead of following up or allowing me to clarify the situation, Uber rushed to deactivate my account—making it impossible for me to receive the payment I rightfully earned.

I have always been honest and transparent in my work, and I remain open to providing full details about the incident in question. But I was never given that opportunity. The lack of communication and fairness in this process is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on how Uber treats its drivers.

This experience has left me feeling disrespected and discarded, despite my commitment to providing safe and reliable service. I hope Uber reconsiders how they handle such matters and starts treating drivers with the dignity and due process they deserve.

It’s a platform hartcoin it’s a 100 scam I invest $6510 after completing outstanding balance as they promised they asking another full payment of $5010 to activate my mining contract it’s a scam they rob me. I advise stay away from this scammer platform

Stayed in Travelodge in Southport…

Stayed in Travelodge in Southport booked it because it said had parking and Buffett breakfast as we were driving neede to park car when we got there on Saturday 28th June no on site parking had to download NCP app to park 20mins walk away pay by credit card went back to hotel wanted to book breakfast for our stay only did packed breakfast take away £5.95 wasn’t worth it for box cornflakes milk water the room was good and warm sink was keep getting blocked couldn’t use the travel kettle in room as somebody used it before tried to boil pasta in it still bits in and had no other kettles available no hairdryers in bathroom or shower gel or any soap had to go buy our own

My worst nightmare at Chi Aesthetics

I went to this woman that calls herself Dr Chi. She is not a doctor but the signs on her display are very misleading. I went in there thinking I was going to see the usual Dr chi. I was very disappointed but as you know the first day , I was warmly welcomed and I decided to work with her. I went there just for a filler because I don’t need nothing else. However, this selfish woman convinced me to do a treatment called PDO thread lift that I have never heard about. I insisted on just a little filler around my jawline. She charged me $2299 for the procedure and convinced me to apply for a CareCredit loan and I did. However, she did not do what she promised, the whole face. She was extremely rude during the treatment. She used a very cheap anesthesia that did not work. I was in excruciating pain during the whole treatment. She kept grumbling and complaining during the treatment that the anesthesia wasn’t working because my skin is too thick. She was very disrespectful, worst of all she did not correct the issue I paid her for. After all the pain she put me through, The targeted area wasn’t treated. I was in pain for two weeks barely able to eat anything. After one week of the treatment I called and let her know that I did not see any difference from the before and after treatment. She slammed the phone on me. On the day of my post office consult,I was four minutes away from her office she called to cancel. I told her I was 4mins away and I am not late. She said that she had a new client. As soon as she gets paid , she shows her true colors. She discard me after putting me in debt for $2299 for treatment she is not qualified to do. She is just there to extort and inflict unnecessary pain on innocent people like me. That was my first time ever doing anything to my face and I am extremely disappointed and I asked for my money. She said I am kidding and slammed the in my face. Her practice is called Chi Esthetics. Beware of this woman!

Very rude security man at Lidl Finestrat

I have always been a client at Lidl Finestrat. España. And all the years I have been shopping there I have never had a problem and always found the products and staff perfect. Until today!
I went in the shop as always and did my shopping as I went around I stopped at the suncream I tried on back of my hand a bb face cream. Put one in my trolley along with another sun cream.
At the check out I decided to not buy the bb cream. So I left it near the till on the shelve. Payed my bill..
On leaving the shop I was chased by the security guard. in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional. The man accused me of taking the cream and not paying for it. I was shocked and told him to go look on the shelve were I had left it.
He then told me I HAD to buy this product as he seen me trying a cream on the back of my hand which I explained was the tester. To which he became very aggressive followed me out to my car shouting the whole time that I must buy the cream. I was very upset and shocked by his behaviour. I told him to call the police then to sort it as he was behaving ridiculously. He also stood behind my car opened the boot and would not let me leave. I'm sorry but come on...
He was well well in the wrong . I will never go back to that shop again. After being humiliated by an inexperienced and very rude person. Who in my opinion should not be working around people.

Refund Not Happening.

I returned an item to Modlily and asked for a refund. I have got about, roughly about 8 messages asking me whether to leave the amount on my account for next time or whether to have the amount refunded. On each occassion I have told them the same thing - "Please refund my money" I have spoken to them on line and replied to the e mails expressing my request. Each time they have said they will refund. I will certainly not use Modlily again!
