UPDATED - Odour Smell in Street/ Street Sewer Blockage Smell.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues that I have been experiencing with Thames Water. Despite the fact that I have contacted them several times, and they have assured me that my concerns would be addressed, nothing has been resolved to date. Instead, I am faced with a continued lack of action and poor customer service.

The Street Odour Smell Issue has been a persistent problem, and despite the fact that they have contacted me multiple times, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. On 6th February 2023, I was informed that work would be carried out to address the issue, but they failed to show up. Then, on 1st March 2023, I saw a few Thames Water Work Vans but still no work was carried out. Now, they have informed me that the work has been rescheduled for 21st March 2023. This is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed that you have failed to address this issue promptly.

Furthermore, I am extremely frustrated with the incorrect information that I have received regarding my High Water Bill issue. I was informed by a staff member in complaint department that I would only have to pay £423 as a member in my household suffers from a skin disease, and we would qualify for a cap on water bills. She also assured me that there were no financial income restrictions for this scheme. However, after speaking with another member today in complaints department, I was informed that I must fill out the Water Sure application form, and I would need to be on government benefits to qualify. This misinformation has been a complete waste of my time and is unacceptable.
I believe that your company's customer service is substandard, and you do not care about the service you provide to your customers. I pay for your services, and I expect better than this. I am appalled by the lack of care and attention that you have shown to your customers, and I believe that your license should be revoked if this continues.

Finally, If any member of my household suffers from a severe disease due to the bad street odour smell, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Your company will be held liable for any harm caused.
I expect a prompt resolution...

Top Cash Back

Very disappointed with Top Cash Back , after asking for nearly a whole year ! of where is my accumulated some of over £200 no response and no cash back .Most of the cash was accumulated from there own list of Retailers taking part .Now it does not seem like logging on to their site is it worth it ?.

Incorrect order number been given,and caused so much stress,y stress

Once again lie after Lie,
I found out just yesterday that an employee working from home gave me the incorrect order number,
Each and every time I have spoken to I have gien them the incorrect number,
That number was for a set of paper lantern costing around £20,not the £153 owed to me,
After being told now and another 3 three emails and 4 phone conversations which are all recorded they expect me to believe that 9 times they tell me that £153 has been credited,when that order number was for just £20,then I am surprised the Finance department cleared it,so it seems staff cause this themselves,it is unbelievable,I
I am just waiting now for my telephone company to put a package on my account to phone worldwide so I can ring Boston USA,this will only cost me 22 pence a minute,
I will not give up especially when I recieved more Emails today for my deceased husbands attention,
I do not care how much it will cost me but I want Justice for my husband,even if it is just a Sorry,
I have all the information available,I also know the name of the person who gave me the incorrect order number,also I have 16 names,so Wayfair crack on ad continue the lying an excuses

Barclays Bank Telford

Just been to Barclays Bank Telford, absolutely furious with their attitude to customers and service. I wanted to upgrade my current account, bearing in mind I have banked with Barclays for over 40 years. They turned my request down and suggested I might try another bank . Not many businesses can turn away customers, what arrogance. I followed their suggestions, omg what a difference HSBC, gave me everything I requested, and more!
Shame on you Barclays.

Due to the uncertainty in the stock…

Due to the uncertainty in the stock market I immediately start looking for a gold and silver broker. Just by chance I received a call from the American Freedom Gold Group.They were very professional and patient in explaining,why in this envirnment, gold and silver should be part of every portfolio.The knowledge gained has helped me be a better informed investor of gold and silver coins, now and in the future. American Freedom Gold Group definitely deserves a five star rating.

BlaBlaCar - NEVER again

BlaBlaCar - Never again!
Very bad experience! We arrived at Brussels midi bus station from Paris and we are waiting here already for more than 2.5 hours. No bus is here to take us to Holland. We called the emergency number and with a lot of language difficulty we were told that they would send us an email with the bus status and an approximate time for the bus to arrive. No email, no update on the company’s website and no bus! Very disappointing, very bad experience! BlaBlaCar is a real blabla. Never BlaBlaCar again!!

in mars 2022 i ordered recheargable batteries WA3551.1 to leaf blower machine WORX WG547.
AliExpress/Yofidra Battery Store for 63.37 EUR
few weeks later i received package with WRONG product that did not fit the machine.
when i have reported it to the seller, the seller has replied as follow:
"you have to send the package to your local carrier and pay for the shipping fee to return . But we don't suggest you do this , we hope you can keep the battery , because the battery is good, you can use on other tool or give it to your friend as a gift"
reading this made me worry but i send the wrong product back to the seller together with the copy of shipment bill. nevertheless after few weeks the seller did no refunded their wrong delivery to me.
the Yofidra Battery Store has stolen my money and kept the returned wrong delivered product!
After 2.5 months of writing, proving and requesting a refund for the returned product, the company returned my money.

ZUTO put me in contact with this garage I dealt with Sajd he was so helpful because the garage is small and they haven’t got the overheads cars are cheaper he said he was right I did my research and the car I brought was £2.000 less the cars they sell are immaculate great service great business definitely recommend

Perfect shoes

I love my Vivaia shoes not only that it looks elegant but is so comfortable. It fits my feet perfectly. With my love of their shoes I doubled ordered the same shoes on one of my orders. But I noticed it right away that I emailed the customer service. Immediately it was taken cared of and I got my refund. I’m definitely a fan.
