Just like to say a big Thankyou to Danny Shelts amazing customer service.

Just like to say a big Thankyou to yourselves and personally Danny Shelts who made my switch so very Ray and stress free, not all have great knowledge of upgrading and moving provider but his and your companies professionalism was all I needed and very much appreciated too, and also made me savings too, would highly recommend this company and service to all.

I took my little shihtzu was overmedicated …

I took my little shihtzu to Affiliated Veterinary Emergency services on Southfield Rd, in Allen Park Mi to be evaluated for some stomach problems she was having, they did a Physical Exam, drew blood and everything seem to check out except she might be having some stomach pain, they gave her a shot of Famotidine for her stomach and a shot of Bupenephrine for pain, when I arrived there Coco (my dog) was alert, but the next morning she was very doped up and foaming at the mouth, 9pm at night Coco was still doped up and would not eat or drink, I was concerned so I called the Veterinary place back, the person on the line reassured me the pain meds would have worn off by the morning, I said she was still doped up and she repeated over and over the pain med would have worn off by the morning. Do these people honestly thinking we are Morons and can't assess our own dog who was alert when she went into the place. Foaming at the mouth is a sign of overmedicating. Her answer was to bring my dog in to inpatient as there was something else going on with my dog after I was charged almost $500.00. My little dog is 14 her kidneys may not have cleared the drug by morning, I have worked as a professional in the Health Care Field, I do know about drugs and their side effects and when somebody is overmedicated and not waking up to eat or drink. I will take her to a regular Vet. I'm not going back there anymore!!

JAYCAR – MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT POWERTECH PORTABLE POWER CENTRE MB-3748 IN THE MARKETING MATERIAL OF JAYCAR

• I bought the product (Powertech Portable Power Centre MB-3748) based on the marketing material that Jaycar sent to me. The ads are available in the web. The marketing material says that the equipment can be used for powering light, vacuum cleaners, computers, etc. when camping. I understand that the equipment should be used based on the technical specification and this was exactly my intentions.
• I bought the equipment and went straight away camping (off-grid). However, for my surprise, when reading the manual, it is written there that the equipment is only to be used as an EMERGENCY supply of power. If I use outside the specification of the manual, the warranty is waved. Note that I am, currently, off-grid at Carnavon National Park and cannot use the only source of power that I have or the equipment will lose the warranty!
• I sent an email to the Techstore of Jaycar (i.e. customer service/technical support) after a conversation with Jaycar’s professional, Mr Harry Kousparis, over the phone (i.e. 1800 022 888). He promised me to respond to my technical enquires about the product, including the issue related to warranty, as soon as possible. A few days later he sent me a response telling me that I should go to the shop that I bought the equipment, Jaycar Maroochydore Sunshine Coast that, the Manager was going to clarify my doubts. Note that Mr Harry Kousparis was not very polite with me over the phone when I said that I was not happy with the misleading information included in the marketing material of the Company on the web (i.e. the equipment was to power a wide range of appliances when camping but the manual of the equipment says that it should only be used as an EMERGENCY supply of power
• Off course this is not acceptable because I am off-grid and more than 500KM from Sunshine Coast and cannot use the equipment. In addition to that, Powertech Portable Power Centre MB-3748 does not provide power as per the marketing material. In my experience it is only able to provide a few hours of led light, nothing more. Another issue is the fact that I cannot accept verbal responses to my technical enquires if I visit a shop. I am sure that the shop Manager will try to tell me information only verbally at the shop and off course when I am back in Sunshine Coast. My plan is to stay travelling and away from Sunshine Coast, for 3 months
• Jaycar created a problem for me because I am in the middle of nowhere with an equipment that I cannot use and Jaycar does not even want to formally document their response to my technical information. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Service given the VFS global is good…

Service given the VFS global is good and at counters @gulafshakhan given me superd service regardless of severe down happened during visa process. At least I want to say that service given by VFS global is good.

Use at your own risk.

I purchased a monocular telescope for my camera from Think Tech. I received no receipt and the only reason I knew where it came from was the label on the package. I got the telescope. In fact, I got THREE of them and I have no Idea how much i paid, cannot find their name on PayPal though they could be billing through a third company. I have been attempting to contact them.
The mailing adddress is in China. It would be nice to have the invoice and contact information so I will keep trying.

Alpha roofing assisted us in a new built project in Cambridge, These roofers helped us after we had to cut ties with the original contractor due to differences of opinion and helped turn around a job that started to go very south. Thank you Alpha roofing.

Help is not necessarily a phone call away

When the 'check engine' light came on, I called the Cruise America representative in Austin. This was my third or fourth call to him. He always picked up, even when I woke him early. He was unfailingly pleasant. He was helpful and never said anything negative, even when I was being dense. But, he had to turn me over to the global company, Cruise America, to deal with the trouble light. First call I waited about 15 minutes on hold. They promised a call back within one hour while I waited four hours away from my destination. After about 30-40 minutes, we worked the problem and the agent, James, gave me a different number to avoid the long wait, should I need more help. That number only took me back to the master number; I waited online until my call was dropped. I tried again, and after a 30 minute wait, my call was dropped. I made it to my 4 h destination in 6 and the engine didn't blow up - I think it is a loose sensor - but within 5 minutes of my goal, my cell was dead and I had to borrow a stranger's phone to get help. If Cruise American had told me I needed a cigarette lighter adapter with a usb port for charging my cell, it would have been nice. Finally, 7 calls to the San Jose drop off, placed at various times that last day, were always busy. Cruise America: hire more help, improve your phone service. Also, idiot proof your RVs. I'm a first time renter who read the instruction book and watched the video, but still had issues that were so simple but needed just a little nudge: make sure the fridge door clicks, secure everything because it will fall/slide, push in the gas knob to start the flow, tighten the gas cap securely - little post-it notes here and there would have been helpful that first day.

I love wallpaper disaster…

This is my first time purchasing from this company.

I purchases two rolls of wallpaper.
When I received the two wallpaper rolls I could see it looked darker than what it did on the website.

After i put one of the rolls on the wall dry test I decided it was much too dark.

I put it back in the film that it came in.
As I carefully only opened it from one side.

I package that the same way it came and start to the return claim.

After following all the procedures and printing off developing documents and filling them out.

I sent both roles back to I love wallpaper.

I didn't hear any response for over 2 weeks.

And didn't receive any money into my account

I contact them to find out what is going on.

They said that they are sorting out my refund.

I received my refund of £11....!

I paid £40 for this item .

I then emailed them to ask what is going on.

My reply was we charged you for sending the item back so that was deducted off the total and one item had been opened so that's non-refundable !!!

Then was told are more than welcome to collect the one roll if I would like to but only have 7 days in which to do so.

I find this quite unfair considering they still have most of the money for the items and also have the item itself.

So I have been left with no items and completely out of pocket.

I found this experience disappointing and difficult.

Needless to say I will not be ever using the service again.

Or recommending anybody to use this service as buyers protection is very limited and you will be footing most of the cost if anything gose wrong !

Hence the reason for only a 1 star rating..

So I have now paid a different company to get the right wallpaper needed for my home.

And have taken a lot of money.

Which man spending nearly £80 on something that should have cost £40.

Please be careful

Any company that offers E-Bikes for $99 or computers or anything for a rediculious price is bogus including Wish, Muzzex, Alexnld,Cyrus Dustin, Wante, or otherwise is bogus!!!
