Great service

Easy to use website, great pricing and excellent communication. I ordered 2 boilers and received a phonecall to confirm that it wasn't an error before they shipped them. Delivery was well within the time slot estimate.

First Class service

First Class service - both by the advice received on the phone and the follow up delivery service of the product which was exactly as described & requested and fitted by my plumber the day after receipt.

Unreliable

Placed order and paid for boiler to be delivered. No communication, just an email advising order had been cancelled after it should have been delivered. Totally underwhelmed and won't be using again.
