Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I had ordered a combi boiler and instructed to deliver to another address as I would be at work so i cannot sign for it in which was confirmed as ok. On delivery day WRPM instructed delivery should be at payees address. This, I took time off work for the re delivery date where WRPM made an error on that day with the delivery date so I cancelled and asked a refund as this also delayed my plumber to install the boiler and wasted a day of work annual leave.
I would not be using WRPM in the future. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of service without compensation too for the loss of time an inconvienance it has caused me.
