Purchased a rug from them before which was good quality and came fast. Had no issues.
Purchased another rug from 9 days back and have not had anything but trouble to get updates, when I will receive it etc.. I've called numerous times, but just getting random answers and no help etc.
I will not purchase from these guys again. What a Headache!
I ordered a bookshelf online. Unfortunately, the item was damaged when delivered so I returned it. The company refused to give a refund. The head of customer service failed to focus on client satisfaction due to unflexible company's operating procedures. They also removed a discount voucher that I was eligible to under the excuse that the "system" can only give the discount once... So they sent a faulty item that I returned and this made me loose the discount that was offered online. They acted as if they made me a huge favor to exchange the faulty item and I had to pay for the price difference. I'll see when I receive the new items and will update this review accordingly.
