Worst place to buy a gift voucher
Worst place to buy a gift voucher. After purchasing, you are left alone to figure out how to redeem it yourself. If any error occurs, you are expected to fix the problem on your own. There is no clear customer support phone number and no real help available. On top of that, the waiting time is extremely long and communication is very poor. One of the worst websites I have ever used.

The process is extremely cumbersome
The process is extremely cumbersome. I had 4 cards that I wanted to use for one large purchase. I still havent managed to retrieve all the money. My account got locked half way through and I have been talking to an unhelpful support agent twice. Now even though I converted the money into shop specific codes, they are not delivered to my email address yet. This is computer based process that shouldn't take more than some seconds, yet I have been waiting an hour and probably it needs another support ticket.
I think the business model here is to make it as hard as possible to get your money out.
Never buy this for your friends, its not a gift, its a trap.

GIFT VOUCHERS ordered or loaded in PDF format require 24 hours for import and processing in our system from the time the order is placed. This applies to orders placed Sunday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday at the time of order.
This is due, among other things, to the strict security regulations that WUNSCHGUTSCHEIN has in place, as we process gift cards with real money value.

Maintenance prevents from redeeming cards at times
It is fine and it works at many places but you can't always redeem them. They often enough have these maintenances where redeeming becomes unavailable for several hours which is a shame. Otherwise it's fine the gift cards come with pretty greeting cards it's all OK.
