The many options of shops that you can choose to use the voucher is really great!

Sadly I didn’t work. I payed for it and the code didn’t function when I gifted it to a friend. First of all, the embarrassment for gifting something that doesn’t work.
I emailed them, they claimed the code has been used and only the user can email them (data protection). My friend has been emailing them for weeks and no response. I lost 100 euro. Don’t recommend at ALL! I have yet to expect an apology email from them.

I ordered a voucher online as a birthday gift for a good friend. The online process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the card never reached the recipient as their house had been badly damaged and delivery was not possible. However, the customer service team at Wunschgutschein refunded me the amount quickly and efficiently!
I will use them again!

u think you want to make someone a gift? but not with this... It takes a century, before your code is verified. (mine took multiple days). You're better off, just buying a giftcard for a specific store, or an alternative... but this is pure pain.
It feels more as if they try to scam you for your money, as that they provide you a good giftcard vendor.

I usually transform my payback points into Wunschgutschein vouchers. That works quite well.

Only once I decided to buy a voucher directly from the website.
I chose the digital version because I needed it straight away. That didn't work, the voucher came 2 days later, after a complaint!

Fast and simple!

I ordered a physical card from them, got it in my mail three days after.

Really nice security feature that requires the user to activate the card.

I bought a voucher hoping to use in one specific store, but when I tried to reedem it, the shop wasn’t available anymore. I asked for a refund and they did it super fast! Much appreciated :)

Hassle after hassle. If you want to waste over a week trying to use the giftcard, then wunschgutschein.de is for you. They hide stores, like amazon, so you use their other product. Claim they are allowed to remove giftcards without notice, even though it is advertised on the wunschgutschein itself. If you are lucky enough to redeem you card for another, then you may be lucky enough to get an error. This blocks you from using the giftcard you bought. Support: Don't bother calling. Despite muliple pages showing thier email or them say if there is any problem, please email us. The email does not work. They know it doesn't work. Would I buy this for a friend? No and not for an enemy.

It was easy and quick but the only annoying part was, I didn’t receive any confirmation on delivery.

I purchased 3 vouchers to gift to my friend to buy childrens clothes of €200 each. Total of €600 via their web page. I selected the option "receive coupon within 15min by email".

This was recommended by a childrens clothes store in Berlin

The first two vouchers arrived within 15min.

The second voucher worked. But the first one failed. The store told my friend "we need an additional verification code to make the purchase"...

I have not received such a code in my emails.

I have received no subsequent emails.

I and my friend have attempted to contact Wunschgutschein to try and sort this out.

But no replies after 4 days.

Meanwhile the store [that originally recomended we pay using the vouchers!] Is being abusive to my friend because she cannot pay for the goods ordered , my friend does not have the clothes for her children and the money has been debited from my card!

Please fix this ASAP.

Some vouchers have to be redeemed for the wunschgutschein site to then again redeem it for amazon. You cant just simply buy an amazon voucher from it.
Double the mail spam, douuble the entry time. Infuriating

No amazon....
And the system is too bad...
She make it kaufland online but they gives her from the branch....

Its useless was better if i gives her cash givt than this card..

It would be better to buy voucher and login to account on the same website (wunschgutschein.de). But to login, I have to use a different website (shoppingkonto.de). At the beginning, I didn‘t realise that these are two different websites. So when I forgot my password, I tried to reset it through wunschgutschein login and it didn‘t work. I find this system complicated. Other than that all is good, thank you

Great service

It was pretty easy to get the vouchers I wanted, the problem I ran into though was trying to get multiple Amazon vouchers but after redeeming the first 50 Euro one, the option disappeared from the menu with no explanation
