Delivery Fail
I ordered a voucher for a friend's birthday and by default, I ordered shipping option instead of PDF. The wunschgutschein did not get delivered, even in a month and reaching customer service has been a hassle as well.

Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! Please don't buy anything from this website. I ordered a gift card valued at 200 Euro for my friend, but it did not arrive after 12 days, even though their website says post normally takes 2-3 working days. I emailed them after a week, and I was told it will take 6-7 working days. But not it has been 12 days it still has not arrived. I then followed up again per email, no response at all. I tried to call them, and the automatic machine response asked me fill in their online form. I did that but still no response. This is terrible servise. Can someone please contact me on my order???

Frustrating experience and still not resolved
Error message when trying to use the code provided by mail. Copy of the Voucher was provided to CS but no response 24 hours later. Most frustrating gift ever. If you want to save the receiver the same frustration buy another gift!

Very very bad customer service
Very very bad customer service. No response to any of the queries asked via customer service center on our order untill today. One of the worst experience. I would never recommend buying this voucher online to anyone.

I DINT SEE A WORSE SYSTEM. my friend bought me a code and i go to site and site wasnt working that day, i waited till another day and tried 15 times untill it works. At the middle of the day finally they accepted and say to me my code is gonna come 15 minutes later. But i waited for whooole day nothing comes. I call them and the automatic system tells me to fill the kontakt form. I fill them they mail me directly that my form is accepted but they never reply. The thing that i wanted to buy is about to finish and i dont have my code.
