I purchased LED lights for my garage and was told by the agent that the units could be connected to work from a single power source. The information was also included in product brochure. When I called to ask about the connector I was told that the $7 part was only available by special order with $250 minimum. I have tried repeatedly to get a resolution but have been stonewalled and now the agent I have dealt with (Miranda) does not respond to email. Stay away!

They were out of one product I ordered and contacted me right away to ask if I wanted to substitute it for anything else. The shipment ended up being short the substitution but they corrected the problem and overnighted a replacement. Very pleased with their customer service! Will definitely shop with them again!

Finding a 15w equivalent candleabra LED light was all but it impossible but 1000 bulbs had it. Plugged it in as soon as it arrived and it has been working flawlessly. Ordered some spares, too. Two thumbs up!
