Initially there was an issue over my first order which I wanted to be delivered to my frienf following the death of her husband. Unfortunately, there had been some difficulty or glitch in the online order form. The flowers were sent to my home address but with the recipient's name. The flowers were sent speedily but at the time I was on holiday and hadn't known that they had been delivered to my home.
I was so disappointed of course.
However, i must congratulate this company on their excellent customer service as the matter was eventually rectified and my friend was delighted with her gift of flowers. A bonus as they were sent at no additional cost to me.

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday. Delivery option for a Sunday (her birthday) at no extra charge. Ordered plenty in advance.
I had an email to say they were out for delivery, nothing. The next day I emailed customer service as no flowers (I paid for a large bouquet) tk be informed they are sent the day before delivery. I questioned what state the flowers would then be in as they would be 48hours without water as told they cannot guarantee the delivery date. I was then informed that delivery can actually be 2days after selected date if I chose free delivery and not paid. If I had known/realised this I would have paid extra for delivery. I received a blanket apology (a copy and paste job) ni good will gesture, no actual heartfelt apology or that they would do any thing tp rectify the issue.
Will not use again...poor customer service.

Ordered flowers but found out recipient was going on holiday. I called to ask if the delivery date could be changed and extended and although a delivery docket had been produced Natasha R in customer service was extremely helpful in getting the delivery changed for me. My second time sending flowers after receiving some myself and I couldn’t praise them enough. Lovely flowers and enough of them. Next day delivery at no extra charge and quality choices on bunches starting from £19.99 - for something that lasts just over a week, I personally feel that this is more than enough to pay.
