Delivered on time. My friend was really pleased with the flowers. Yesterday stated they are still lovely and the roses hadn't drooped. Other flowers she had received where already dying. Yours still look as fresh as when thet where delivered.

Packaging was excellent meaning the flowers were well protected. The flowers came in bud and over a couple of days have opened to reveal stunning flowers in a beautiful blue colour. Just what I wanted. The card that was printed to look like it was hand written was also a nice touch.

Flowers didn't arrive as shown in picture most of which was dead contacted customer service and they just kept repeating the same thing over again to me stating how to look after them and cut me off. Stay clear of this company
