I got a MTB, A Ghost Lector SF FS Essential, and the stuff were nice and helpfull to every question i had.

Very attentive staff, great customer service, fast response

I got a new ebike. Some screws were not tight, includung some essential ones like the steering wheel. I had to check my complete bike to make it safe.

Bike was scheduled to be delivered on 19th June but till now not delivered . When we called customer care they say wait until delivery team delivers and they cannot do much .no one is bothered that bike is not delivered , all say wait but date of delivery is completed .

12GO Biking that's the place where I can find all the stuff for biking. A lot of great offers and items, fast delivery and user friendly site interface make every purchase in the shop easy and pleasant. Thanks a lot 12GO!

I'm actually quite mad at 12GO Biking on their recommendation for this product. I feel that the person guiding me to get this product didn't really care or read through the request and concerns.

I've been looking at these sensors for quite a while and asked if they're compatible with my bike, provided the link to the type of bike and raised my concerns. The first answer was a no, the speed sensor is not compatible and I was fine with it. The conversation continued and the answer changed to yes, go ahead, buy the sensors, they should be good. They weren't.

Emails back and forth only provided half answers.

I just wanted to buy a bike based on my bikefit report, but it became a nightmare that is not finished after 2 weeks since the first contact. Long story short, I sent my bikefit report via email and asked for recommendation on bike models. After 19 e-mails answered by 5 different people, I got the confirmation that the bike would be ready for delivery, adjusted according to my bikefit report. To double check, I called the store before leaving home and, again, received the confirmation that everything was ready. To my surprise, the bike was NOT ready. When I mentioned to the employee that the bike was not according to what was agreed, they tried to fix it by replacing the stem for a shorter one. It worked out, but too much cabling was left. Unfortunately I just noticed once I got home. When trying out the bike, many gears were not indexed and the chain scratched the from derailleur when using the upper and the lower cranks. Back to the store, I explained the problems and the whole story to 3 different people. The bike was taken in for repair and returned with the gears fixed, but still with too much cabling left. When asked why they didn’t fix the cabling, they said “it would be too much work and we would prefer to do it when you come for the first maintenance round”. Hadn’t I asked anything, I would have come home again with the cabling problem and without any clue if it would be fixed. I doubt if I will ever return to this shop so I will have the cabling fixed when placing the bike for the maintenance round at my local bike shop. Tip: if you can’t fulfil a service, don’t offer it. I would be much satisfied if you guys just said honestly ‘sorry, we can’t set your bike according to your bikefit report. You need to take it as is and adjust your self’. Lesson learned, and 12gobiking never more.

Issue with the bike from day one... The answer was "the tool I used was dull"... despite having clearly told them the issue as of the first experience with the bike. Now I'm sitting there with some piece of metal I can barely ride without major issues. No answers regarding a potential exchange or refund, despite asking the question several time by mail. I guess they play the clock to eventually tell me it's too late.

Great place to go if you need a two wheeler. Here one can choose out of numerous types: electric as non-electric. Numerous accessories, clothing and advice.

Some 12Go Biking staff are constantly looking at their Smart Watch while talking to you/giving advice. This is not what a client needs at that moment.

The clothing section for Male, Female and Kids are not mentioned on the boards. This leads to (a long) search period or need to ask a staff (maybe one doesn’t need that attention at that moment)

Overall, the testing parkour for the bikes is amazing and it gives a decent idea how (your new) the bikes are. Amazing.

I would definitely go back if I’ll need a bike/accessories/ clothing.

Bike steering wheel was lose - quite dangerous, break cable stretched and delivery guy suggested that we would come and meet him further away from our house... Not the delivery I expected.

Good, complete, service from first browsing the 12go website, selecting the mountainbike, contact with the team, ordering and picking up the ready made bike. Besides a small need to check the brakes and get some air out of the hydraulic brake system, all went very smooth. Thank you!

Spent €3500 on a road bike, was not even measured or fitted on it - had to find the sizing myself. Thought this was just how it was done in the Netherlands. Then went to another shop and spent €400 on a city bike. They would not let me leave without making sure it was all adjusted properly.
