For me, honesty and transparency is the upmost important factor when buying or ordering any particular item. From earlier experiences I understand that things not always go the way as it was planned. After I ordered my speed pedelec and had to wait a lot longer than expected because the papers were not in order yet (this was very uncommon, pedelecs usually have their papers included). At first I was quite upset about this, because I had planned to go on a bicycle trip with my father during my long awaited holiday. On the other hand, even though I had waited very long, what still made me happy was the amount of effort being done to keep me up to date. To put in effort as much as possible and admit that what happened and caused the problem, even though it was partially out of their hand, was a error on their side. So in the end, I got my speed pedelec with the right papers and everything else in order and I am so happy with it. As compensation I also got a coupon that I used for some good sturdy bicycle handgrips to replace the ones from my old bike (helped me a lot during my bicycle trip) and removal of administration costs for using Fiscfree bicycle plan. The amount of honesty and transparency that I got from 12GOBiking is something that is very rare nowadays. Only one or two other stores I bought things from had a customer service this good and even then 12GO stands out with their effort and willingness to try to help customers like me. Therefore I give them a 5/5, as simply as that. :)

I had issue with the ebike with smart system syncing to flow app. It seems to be synced to other customer and I could not sync my phone.
Service was very friendly and helped me, and in addition compensated me for my trouble.

I have been a customer of 12GOBiking for six months now and in that time I have only the most positive emotions from my interactions with them! During this time I have purchased my commuting-bike (Gazelle Marco Polo) and various equipment for my sport-bike. I picked up the Gazelle myself from the store and it was perfectly prepared by their service! I enjoy commuting every day and have not had a single technical problem in six months, although I have already ridden about 3000 km. Also ordered some goods by delivery to Amsterdam and everything was always on top level (fast and on time)! Once PostNL lost a parcel and 12GOBiking helped to solve the issue quickly and as efficiently as possible for me as a customer! Thank you very much to the 12GOBiking team for being there! My bike got stolen and everything after that was well arranged for the new bike to be reserved, prepared and picked up and all went quite smoothly.

Ordered handle bar tape online and arrived defect. Did not know until I opened the box. I informed 12GO via email. Joey replied instantly and sent me a new set that day. Amazing customer service.

The variety of bikes is great, so you can choose among many options. In the other hand, the purchase procedure is complex and unflexible. Although you can choose among many options, you can not test drive until you confirm purchase. So choosing a bike based on a bike fit does not seem to be an option. The sales person was not helpful explaining bike options, characteristics as in other bikeshops I visited. The bike I bought is good, I am happy with it. But maybe I could have bought it through internet. My recomendation is to make it more personal. I would have payed to have a good assistance on selecting my bike.

Excellent customer service, prompt response

Everything from the store selection to the prices to the communication and delivery were great. I’ve been a repeat customer for clothes and accessories and I also now bought a bike on the website as well. As far as the delivery goes, they schedule in advance, call to check availability and assemble the bike at your doorstep.

everything was great. there is a large selection of bicycles in the store, consultant Mark told me about alternatives to this bike that I looked at initially, but the choice was left to me. Everything is also clear with delivery, they were brought to the house at the agreed time, to Belgium. Thanks to the 12Gobiking team

Our experience was fabulous, but rather unbelievable upon arrival at the location. The atmosphere, electric bicycles, its staff, the amount of vehicles and people. Upon entering, wow, Disneyland! The store, then the floor where you can see the different brands and modalities of Bicycles... The best, the attention given and the patience of your staff. great.
