Great customer service. Each time I call or chat the representative answers quickly and is very helpful. I really appreciate their price match service, and shipping is always super fast (even the regular speed arrives faster than they say it will, every time). I’ve tried other contacts web sites and 1800 Contacts is the best.

I have ordered contacts from 1 800 contacts for 2-3 years. I usually speak to a representative. They are courteous, professional and have always assisted me to order properly. They are linked to my vision insurance and used benefits I didn't realized I had. I always receive my order before the delivery time stated.
