Horrible hold times if you need to call

Buying meds from this place is great if you don't need to talk to anyone. The PetMeds representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful but the amount of time I had to hold before speaking to someone was ridiculous - 15 minutes. And it's always that bad. They don't have enough staff for their phone center.

Knowledgeable and friendly

Knowledgeable, super friendly caring service reps. Soooo nice, which us pet owners really appreciate! Always helpful with coupons and handling any pricing issues. Everyone is always great, but Tiffany went above and beyond due to the long wait for a rep!

Wait time is way too long.

When I finally got through Mason was very helpful and nice. Hold times are extremely long and the call back took 50 minutes. If this happens again next month' I will no longer be a customer.

Once you finally get someone it's great.

I forget her name but the rep who helped me did a great job. Right to the heart of the matter and provided a swift resolution. She was very nice, profesional and efficient. Thank You. Didn't give 5stars only because of the wait time, 45 mins on hold beforehand.

Exceptional Service

Marcy was exceptional, friendly, and patient with dealing with my request.
Although I didn’t receive the full discount ( not a 1st time auto-ship order) Marcy worked it so I will receive an additional $5 off.
