The sweater coat arrived in a few d as us after ordering in. It was packaged was packaged beautifully.. it had the return postage if needed to be returned. I love the sweater coat it kit perfect. Thank you. Great price it was on sale.

Delighted with my purchase

The items I purchased were beautiful and fit perfectly!!! Customer service was excellent and items were shipped via FedEx and arrived quicklly and beautifully packaged and ready to wear - right out of box!

I ordered two dresses in the same style from 1ere Avenue - one black and one blue. Each arrived separately at different times - the black one first. The return period for this store is 14 days. I became ill and was unable to return the black dress on time. They agreed to give me store credit for it. I delivered the blue dress to the post office within the 14-day return timeline for a full refund. To my horror, today I checked my email and a message told me that the store was giving me CREDIT - NOT A FULL REFUND - for the blue dress that I returned on time! This store in 100% unprofessional and possibly 100% unethical. If they don't sort it out, I will apply for a charge back with my credit card company! Also, when I went into my customer account with 1st Avenue, I was horrified to see that instead of my name on the customer icon, was the word "scabies." What?

I’ve placed several online orders with 1er Avenue Boutique, and each time the website showed that the item was in stock. However, after waiting for updates, I had to call to inquire about my order status — only to be told that the item was actually out of stock and my order was canceled. This has happened multiple times, and it’s extremely frustrating and disappointing.

If items are not available, they should not be listed as in stock. The lack of communication and unreliable inventory makes the online shopping experience very poor. I will no longer be ordering from this boutique unless they significantly improve their online service and accuracy.

Easy Peasy! First time ordering from this store. I’ve been to the retail location multiple times but having moved out of province makes it a lot harder to do. Love the selection and how easy it was to find the right size the first time around. Also loved the videos showcasing the clothes that n real women with “normal” body types. Makes it easier to decide if you’ll like the piece or not. Will definitely do this again. Fast, efficient and, oh so fashionable. Thanks 1ere Avenue!

I did not receive the dress that I ordered so it is a bit weird sending me an email asking me if I like my product!

Good thing there was good communication through text and email and the dress box was left on the front step in the pouring rain. No attempt to put it between the doors. Could have been a disaster is I wasn’t able to pop back home immediately as the box and tissue paper was black and the dress was pink. Glad I was able to save it from getting soaked.
