The item comes beautifully packaged with the return label in case it is needed for free, easy returns.
I have been shopping online with this store for many years & am never disappointed. Sizing always seems to be consistent so I have rarely returned items.

I was told I had to be on the premises…
I was told I had to be on the premises from 9am to 6pm. I was to sign for the parcel. I just so happened to look at my phone and see an SMS that the parcel had been delivered.Strange - the doorbell didn't ring! No signing for the parcel. It was just left on the verandah. Not sure the Sender would be happy with that?
