I'm not a new user, but started a second SIM with the wrong form of startup, contact with 1P produced their usual prompt and corrective response, ( yep, that's right I've made mistakes previously). This is the sort of response we should obtain from all service providers but it's not the norm these days. Very well done, keep the others on their toes. Thank you very much for clear precise help.
What do you want in a MVNO plan?
Recently made the switch from EE to penny mobile, with the following features:
1. Great 4G cover (because 5G is still patchy in UK)
2. Uncapped speed (if you are near a mast, I have seen 900Mbps downloads)
3. Email 2FA (but I am hoping they might do authenticator or passkeys in the future)
4. ESIM
5. 30 day rolling with no price increase
6. EU roaming

Was a bit nervous about leaving my previous provider as I've always been with one of the "big" names.
No problems at all. Swapping my number to the new SIM was very easy and smooth. Lots of updates and information while it was going through.
The actual service is as good or even better then my previous provider. They use the EE network with no restrictions.
Now I'm paying a lot less per month, got a bundle on a monthly rolling contract, with an improved service.
If you're thinking about using 1p Mobile I can highly recommend it.

I transferred from EE and so far so good. Nice simple website with all settings easily accessible. No difference in coverage and much cheaper. I have not had cause to use customer services yet so the jury's still out on that.

Bad Sign up Experience - over a week and still no service
I appreciate that my situation may not reflect the typical experience, as I ordered a gold number. However, the process so far has been quite frustrating.
I received my SIM on Friday and attempted to activate it on Sunday, but I was unable to make calls. I contacted customer services on Monday and was informed that the wrong SIM had been sent. A replacement arrived on Thursday, but the SIM number on the accompanying letter did not match the number on the physical SIM.
I requested activation online using the physical SIM number at 10am on Thursday. It is now the end of Friday, and my phone still has no service. When I contacted customer services again, I was told there is a backlog on SIM swaps, and activation could take up to an additional 48 hours.
Update: Service was established on Saturday morning - so 2 days to activate and 6 days after I started paying for the service.

A smooth transition from my previous provider, which appeared to be carried out overnight, proved no disruption was made to my mobile phone service.
Clear instructions were provided, my number was transferred successfully and the whole process went really well. Thank you!

Im a new customer with 1pmobile I love the connection especially when you share your connection with other devices I have three or four devices connected at the same time and mobile signal is amazing much better than my previous network which was smarty as there signal cut off from time to time as on 1pmobile not issues signal remains strong all the time and networks very cheap too.
Why did I wait so long?
So far, so good. Coverage is excellent and speeds equally so. Not noticed any slowing like my previous provider.
The transfer of my number was also very quick and hassle free.
