We were a group of 3 and took 3 single rooms. A/C of 2 rooms didn't work although we could change the room.
Except for it, we are satisfied with the guesthouse’s service and price!

Espinas Palace was a fantastic hotel in Tehran, I think the best one there.

We will definitely visit Iran next year and use 1stQuest services again. Together with my daughter we have met so many friendly and helpful people in Tehran/Shiraz. It might sound strange, but in my/my daughter experience this must be one of the best destinations for 2024: friendly/warm/polite people, excellent food a lot of historical monuments to see. Everything is affordable and not too many tourists. Never felt threatened in any way.
The only annoying thing for my daughter was a official rule to wear the scarf but that was very small detail in overall great experience, and she handled it in style by buying/wearing local outfits.

We have already been to Spain (Analusia) in February-2024 where pickpockets stole my wallet and Italy(Rome) in March-2024 where wife's telephone "disappeared".
Iran has much more to offer to us Europeans: Exotic architecture, Warm people, Clean Hotels, Excellent food, Beautifull landscapes and most importantly you can freely walk around without being harassed, without worries that zips of your wallet/pocket/bag is tightly closed.
If you never been to Iran - go and visit the place, see it for yourself - completely opposite of what you hear on TV-News.
