Vey bad service

Vey bad service, you will always regret using them. Unkind drivers treat people badly , rude. That company should not exist. Close down as whoever gave you a license must now revoke it. Shame to 247

I had a lovely driver taking me from…

I had a lovely driver taking me from Crossford to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary to collect my husband who has just had a big operation and was there for 10 days. Janvider was an excellent driver and very pleasant man and waited outside the hospital as my husband came out then brought us home. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and each time it has been top class. Will always use your great service when needed in the future,

I won't even give 1 star

I won't even give 1 star. I have never had such a traumatic experience. Pre booked a taxi for tonight
I can't even put into words how I'm feeling
Tried to dump me and my husband in hall lane because we disputed the cost of the journey after I had prebooked and got the fare. I will never use 247 again

If you want to get to your destination…

If you want to get to your destination on time DON’T USE this taxi company. Booked a taxi for 8 am to the airport he was over half an hour late. Then after waiting they sent the wrong car and we couldn’t get the suitcases in. Absolute joke!!!

Would give them no stars if possibleyes

Would give them no stars if possible. Ordered a taxi for the following day to catch a coach. 1/2 later no sign or phone call even though they kept saying it’s on its way. Had to get neighbour to coach station 20 minutes after the coach was due. No apologies. Another time left me waiting in an unlit coach station at night with taxi being 1/2 late and driver in professional. Never using them again so be aware

Some of the drivers are racists with…

Some of the drivers are racists with horrible attitude. A driver was supposed to pick me up from Aldi, I had six packs of bottled water…he told me he couldn’t get those in his car, cancelled the booking and left me in the cold, the next driver they brought told me he had back problem and so can’t help me with my stuff when I didn’t even asked him for help….six packs of water!! Most of them aren’t meant to be driver, they don’t have good human relationships. Horrible people!!!! They only care about the money, they will ask “cash or card” many times throughout the journey,,,,,as if you are taking their money away, they care less about customers feelings.

Just booked a taxi on their app, accepting their quoted price, to then be called and told a different much more expensive price… non negotiable. Made to feel like I am suspicious. Terrible service. Terrible app. Terrible staff.

(They are only getting one star as there is no minus option)
We ordered a 7 seater taxi months in advance to collect us (3 adults 2 children under 7 and a baby) from East Dean Eastbourne at 11.30pm. @ a cost of £75.00. I called the night before just to confirm all was well and they struggled to find my booking but did eventually.
I was sent a text at 11.25pm on the evening to say the taxi was on it's way. (Driver DR357) We waited 15 minutes and nothing arrived, bearing in mind the village hall had closed and we were waiting outside in the dark with a 1 year old baby. So I called 247 to check on the progress and was told I could click the link in the text message to find out where it was, the guy on the phone didn't seem to care one bit. even after I explained that it was cold and I was standing outside with a baby. I did click on the link in the text as it was clear this was the only way i was ever going to find out where the taxi was only to find it was only just leaving Hastings (a good half an hour wait away) I then got a phone call from the driver to say he was lost as he had gone down a tiny little country lane? I explained where we were again for him to arrive around 12.00pm i told him we had been waiting outside with two children and a baby and they were all getting cold. to which the driver replied "it aint that cold mate"
This really was the poorest customer service and it was clear the only thing 247 cared about was the £75.00 and the customer didn't matter.
I was going to call them and request a partial refund but having read the other reviews on here I wont bother as like I say its all about he money.
I'll never use 247 again.

Wow what can I say about 247247 of hastings.i would be very careful booking with this firm!! This firm accuse an 82 year old disabled man of soiling in there car then in fact the guy is very clean uses a bottle to go for a wee with a screw tight lid.. they leave it 6 hours or so before he tried to book a taxi to accuse him and demand he pays them £50 (if that was the case why didn't they say straight away when in fact he was dry and clean when he got out the taxi I've never known him to have any accidents) this firm has left this man very very upset not to mention on 3/4 time they have charged him £20 for a mile journey because they had no change so if your disabled or elderly please be very careful using this firm...

Booked a taxi in advance for a hospital…

Booked a taxi in advance for a hospital appointment for mum, they called five minutes after they should have arrived and cancelled. They also quoted 18£ for two people which was fine. I was very disappointed with this lack of service and more importantly cancellation. I then called another company ABC taxi, and dispite they needed to take payment in advance as I have a Spanish mobile number they only charged 11£ and came within 10mins.

Taxi did not wait.

I booked a taxi for 20:30 via the app.
Taxi arrived at 20:23.
I arrived outside to meet the taxi at 20:34.
At 20:36 I received a message informing that my taxi had been cancelled due to 'no show'.
So the driver was unable to wait 4 minutes for me to finish my job as a nurse within the hospital emergency department??
Surely I was not timed from 20:23 as my taxi was not booked for that time so why would I be available and waiting?
Appalling service, particularly considering they themselves operate a 15 minute window, and as a regular service user, I have had many taxis arrive late, beyond the confirmed booking time.
I will never use this service again.

Fantastic service

ood afternoon, I wanted to say a massive thank you for the service I received I’ve been struggling with complex health issues which have left me unable to drive due to medication. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable taxi service to take me to work, on time 3 days per week 24/7 taxi has provided a brilliant solution to my problem. They were recommended to me by another taxi driver whom I had contacted seeking help. Their cars are immaculately clean and all drivers are very friendly. I’m very impressed with the service I’m getting. They’ve never let me down so far, it’s such a huge relief to have found a friendly, safe and reliable service

We booked and payed for a mode of transportat to take our family of 10 to Gatwick and back. The company were aware that we were traveling with four children aged 7months, 3 years, 4years and 6 years and that we would provide car seats for each of them.
The vehicle provided lap belts only therefore we were unable to adequately secure any of the seats. Reluctantly it was agreed the baby would travel up front with the driver as it was the only 3 point belt available. Despite the driver agreeing that it was unsatisfactory a similar vehicle was sent for the return journey. This time the driver wouldn't all the bady to travel up front as her seat obscured the mirror. We totally understood this but it meant she had to be held the whole way home.
We feel we didn't get what we requested and payed for and that the children were put at risk.
The company reluctantly offered a £50 refund, amounting to£12.50 per child.

My 14 year old daughter was missing

My 14 year old daughter was missing. Her mum received a text from her number saying she'd booked a taxi with this firm. Half an hour later another text saying the cab was unavailable and rearranged, half an hour still the same again.
I called the company to get some clarification without mentioning any names or addresses to be told they can't confirm a booking problem due to data protection. Spoke to the manager this afternoon only to have the same response.
It cannot be data protection if no data is shared, just awkward and cold to the situation for no good reason.
Avoid this clown outfit and book another company, any other company!
Thankfully she did eventually turn up in a taxi but seriously this is a firm of first class clowns.
The reviews on here say enough.
Don't trust this company to carry your loved ones.
