What a joke of a company, Dont didnt turn up and didnt answer phone....you need to steer clear if you book. They do confirm but just dont turn up...This cost me £151 for alternative...

No show taxi ruined wedding day.

I ordered a black taxi to take myself & three family members to a wedding in central London on Wednesday 15th June.
When it didn’t turn up I phoned & was told the driver was involved in a fatal car crash earlier in the day & that they had emailed me two hours before pick up to inform me. No replacements were available.
I checked they had the right email address & both my inbox & spam but no email had been received.
They also had my phone number so no excuse for not contacting me.
Whether this excuse was true or not is irrelevant. The customer service was awful on such an important day for us.
Won’t be using these people ever again.

Booked a taxi for 11.25

Booked a taxi for 11.25. At 11.30 I checked the app to see if it was on its way, hadn’t been dispatched. Phoned to ask how long it would be, got through to an automated message saying I had a taxi booked for 5.25pm (I have email confirmations of the time I booked it for) then I was cut off before I could speak to anyone. Taxi didn’t turn up, had to get a lift in the end and be late for work. Then I got an email at 11.50 saying thanks for travelling with 247. Ha! Yeah ok!

Unprofessional company

I am a lady in her seventies, as I was travelling alone and arriving late I ordered a cab to collect me from terminal 5 at 11.25pm on Saturday. I waited for ten minutes but no cab so I telephoned the company, it was only then that they gave the job to a driver who happened to be by West Ruislip Station!
It arrived 23 minutes after the time booked. What is the point of arranging a pickup when the job is not even allocated until 20 minutes after it should have arrived? I was told when I complained, ‘what do you expect on a busy Saturday evening’! Well, what I expect is for the company to actually make allowances for the busy traffic and at least set out to collect me a few minutes earlier than planned not ten minutes after the cab should have arrived.
That’s one company that I will never use again.

Absolutely shocking behaviour!
My child uses them for a taxi to school and my child is autistic and obviously has a number of behaviour and social interaction issues and have found the driver of the taxi to be rude and argumentative with my child and threatened them to be kicked out of the taxi mid journey if they didn't stop talking,
I don't understand how this company has a contract for school runs as the act like children themselves and things have got so bad my child doesn't even want to get into the taxi so it's effecting thier school life, I have attempted to speak to the driver myself and its like talking to a stroppy teenager and even have school teachers having to get involved as they have witnessed the unprofessional behaviour as well, I would never use this company myself and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.

Phoned to ask for a taxi from X to Z (won't give exact addresses). Spoke clearly and slowly to the controller/ dispatcher whose English was poor. She kept on repeating the address of Z. She sent the taxi to Z, the destination, instead of X. Very angry, can't they get staff who speak good English ?

after a night out celebration with the girls, one of us was very drunk, the taxi driver was extremely understanding and patient, went out of his way to ensure safe journey home. couldn't have had better.

Absolutely shocking services

Absolutely shocking services.
We booked 3 weeks in advance to make sure we have a taxi back to our accommodation after we visit the Sussex exchange. We have been left in the freezing cold for 40 minutes.
A cab driver came when ours was due, yet chose to take a group of young girls over us when it was clearly our taxi.
I was with my Nan who's 70 years old and my auntie who has a disability and was left to wait in the cold for another driver.
Shocking service.

The driver we finally got was absolutely lovely just a shame he works for such an awful company.

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Drivers are lovely. Controllers are absolute liars. Waited for taxi for 2 and 1/2 hours with 10 phone calls in this time. Told 15 mins, 20 mins, 45 mins, plus being told taxi on way. I asked to speak to manager and she, if she was the manager said sorry we are not serving Bartley Green area, after waiting 2 hours. I had a moan and was really angry at this point. Taxi came within 5 minutes. Too late as already made my mind up after using you 4 times a week you’ve lost my custom for good. It’s Uber all the way for me and my family. Goodbye 247.

This taxi service is the worst had so many problems its untrue told me my friend and 5 Yr wait q0 mins rang back saud another 30 then then 45 leaving child freezing went to wrong destination and then tod us to wait another 30 mins the customer service is shocking this rank should be shut down so many ppl having the same issues

Avoid

I am a lady in her seventies and I was discharged from A&E at 1am, I phoned up your taxi company for a cab to take me home and was told that there wasn’t any available for about 40 minutes, now whilst I understand that you are probably short of drivers surely you can prioritise, ie; an older lady on her own at 1am, I pleaded with the switchboard explaining that I’d been in A&E for 8 hours but he simply replied can’t help you. I have used your taxi company for many years especially when I owned a restaurant for my customers but I vow never to use you or to recommend to anyone again, I consequently phoned car miles and they arrived 5 minutes later

Do not use this Firm

Do not use this Firm! They never turn up on time if at all. They say they do not have enough drivers but I pre booked a week in advance for a pick up at 6.20pm by 7pm still not there and when I called they said could be another 10/15 minutes. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I had an akward experience this…

I had an akward experience this evening. I called for taxi 3 times, they told me to wait and wait and after 1hr I saw taxi car just went and it DIDN'T STOP! I rang and I spoke with operator, I asked what happened and he said NOBODY WAS THERE)! What a lie! The car didn't stop! After my notice I was offered to wait another 15min for another car! No way! Never ever to use this company!

Awful

Absolutely awful experience this evening. I prebooked a taxi to which I got to the station for the driver to just drive past me without calling nothing and he just left. I called and complained that he had left without calling or anything and was told it would be 10 minutes until the next one.fine until 30 minutes later Where I’m still waiting so I call and a man now says 35 minutes !!!! Wasn’t even polite about it. I use them often and I know service can be hit or miss but been disgusting this evening !

DO NOT USE 247 taxis

247 taxis are the very worse company. Either they arrive late or do not arrive at all with no phone call to let you know what is happening. This week they kept confirming they were on their way - eventually after 40 mins of this we had to cancel as missed our restaurant slot. Someone then turned up nearly an hour late and had no idea that we had cancelled. Dreadful company - do not use.

Hi guys

Hi guys, would just like to say thankyou so much for all your help this week . Your took me to the Conquest for my pre-op covid PCR test, waited for me and brought me back home again. Then you collected me early hours a few days later to take me to have my op and then today you brought me home again. The drivers you sent were an absolute credit to your company. They turned up on time, every time. They were. Polite, funny and reassuring. All this really made a massive difference to me as I arrived a lot less stressed/anxious. Many many thanks to you all!!
