Has everything you need equipment wise
Has everything you need equipment wise. And a great monthly price. However, could do with being more spacious as machines are very close together. And more motivating louder music.

Yearly review
I have been going to 24/7 Kidderminster for over a year and have just re-newed my yearly membership. The equipment in the gym are always in good condition and lately improving with getting new equipment to try. The staff are very friendly and Hayley always very helpful if I ever have a question about something.
Would recommend the gym to my friends and family!

Really weird vibe with all the neon lights, felt like being in a nightclub at 10am. Showers were grim and didn’t lock, won’t be going back

They won’t see my face anymore oh my friends. this is Gym is a rip off.
Access Denied 4 times in one week
4 times this week I tried to gain access and was denied. The first 3 times were during manned hours so staff were able to get me in and resolve the issue with the app. Each time I was promised that my pin/QR code would work and there was no clear reason for it not working.
Today, after leaving work and heading there in the afternoon. Same thing happened again and it's unmanned and no direct way to resolve it. I had to come home. I'm back at work on Monday. No guarantee I'll be able to gain access. I'll cancel and go back to my old gym. Had no issues with access and I could workout 24 hours, 7 days a week.
I like the gym and it's closer to home. 5 extra minutes of driving to my old gym isn't bad at all, after this experience.

I work away from home quite a bit and enjoy doing spin classes, I did the Tuesday evening spin class first of all and I didn’t enjoy it at all. Didn’t feel motivated and the instructor was late for the class. I left the gym feeling like I hadnt worked out at all.
However, I went to the Thursday spin class too and that was amazing. I got the workout I needed and the instructor was very motivating!!

Good range of equipment,it’s a little tired but perfectly functional.
Weights an all put away in the correct order which is excellent, the ladies behind reception are fantastic and very helpful.
The only real negative is the disabled facilities, shower etc is out of order and as an amputee using the normal shower is incredibly difficult and I like to workout before work so showering is a must, I have spoken to a member of staff and I am hopeful this will be resolved

Great session today
Great session today! It’s a clean friendly environment to train !! Everything you’d want the only thing that’s missing for me is the classes.

You really do get what you pay for
You really do get what you pay for. There’s a limited amount of machines and they’re poorly maintained. After my first visit to the gym I knew this wasn’t for me, I cancelled my membership so I could find a proper gym with a larger selection of equipment that doesn’t have ‘out of use signs’ on. I paid £20 for the month and now I’ve been taken off the access page as I don’t have a ‘valid membership’ due to cancelling. That’s absolutely fine I don’t want access to this gym anyway when JD Gyms up the road have pay £10 for your first month offer. Just think it’s a bit unprofessional that nobody has replied to my email about getting a refund as I’m not happy with my membership and cancelled straight away. Keep the £20 and put it towards fixing the out of service equipment lol

If you leave make sure you stop direct debit
I joined with my wife at the Kidderminster gym which was fine, but we weren’t using it enough and wanted to join another gym which we did in 2021.
So cancelled the membership on their website, but in the small print said had to cancel the bank as they have no control of that, which I must have forgotten todo so just found out I have paid over £2k
So if you are thinking of leaving make sure you check your bank and cancel direct debits.
I would in future change your policy’s for 24/7 to notify your collection agency to stop the collection like other gym and service providers would
Called the gym and they said they had no control over my bank !

The worst gym experience I've ever had
The worst gym experience I've ever had. I signed up with them around April 21st, and from the start, they charged me for the first 7 days of the month separately and then for a full month. Normally, your contract and payments should begin from your sign-up date to the next month. Due to work commitments, I couldn't make it to the gym, so I cancelled my direct debit, thinking I wouldn't return. However, on June 13th, I decided to give it another try.
When I arrived a gym member swiftly processed the payment without explaining why I was being charged for the full month despite it being the 13th. He assured me that starting next month, payments would be due on the first, which felt like a scam.
Inside, most of the gym equipment didn't work properly; it was old, dirty, and unhygienic. The changing rooms smelled bad, and the toilets were filthy. I decided against using the showers after seeing the state of the changing rooms. The facilities seemed outdated and neglected, despite the decent exterior of the building.
My frustration peaked on the evening of June 14th when, after finishing work late at 10 PM, I attempted to access the gym again. Neither my code nor fingerprint worked, and there was no one at the reception desk to assist. The emergency call machine didn't work either, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling for help. After struggling for 25 minutes, I gave up and went home.
It's outrageous how quickly they can take your money in 7 seconds but fail to provide even basic services for over 25 minutes. This gym provides poor service, outdated equipment, and an overall disappointing experience.

Hillsborough gym
Been a member of hillsborough since it first opened and honestly couldn’t praise it enough, great staff always say hello and that extends to the cleaners aswell, facilities are fantastic. I’ve been coming to this building for over 20 years and several different tenants and this is definitely the best fitness company of them all.
