Good quality but sizes are wrong
Good quality but size descriptions are off the mark. All models, allegedly, wearing L and weight 80kg with slim fit. I am a little bit bigger and was worried shirts would be too small. Instead they were way too big.

I'm sorry if we have had a wrong reprensentation of model sizing on the items that you have ordered. Usually we use the same models, that use the same size in the different items.
I don't know your order number, but if you have paid for return of the items I can refund you for the costs, as the mistake is on us.

Return process is shite
Decent products. But the return process is terrible and outdated. Its easier to throw the clothes in the bin than to make a return.

We are sorry to hear that you find our return process terrible and outdated.
We have made the process so that it can be as efficient as possible as well as minimizing the use of paper.
That is why we do not send a return label together with the package, as well as the fact that a lot of customers misplace or throws out this label.
So, to counter that, we have made our orders paperless.
Just to make sure that there are no misunderstandings, the process is as follows:
1. You log in to our return portal with your mail and zip code.
2. You decide which items you wish to send back
3. You receive a return label on mail
4. You print it and deliver it to a package shop
5. We process it and refund your money, the same day as we get it to our warehouse.
We would love to hear your feedback in terms of other solutions to our return, that could improve the process.

They looked great on the pictures
They looked great on the pictures, so i bought them. But after 1 day of wearing them (normally) i already had a hole in my left leg. Furthermore, their cool little details also fall off very easily. Very disappointing, because i expected a higher quality. Returning them would cost me money, so i rather leave with this review.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with the clothes. We very rarely here about this compared to the amount of pants that we ship everyday. However, it could be that you have been unlucky.
If you write to our support@2trendy.de they will surely help you out, as they definitely should not be losing either details or end up with a hole.
And any returns due to errors on a product will of course not mean any cost for returning for you.

I understand it is frustrating that you have not yet received your package, and the inconvenience related to the missing package.
In your exact case, the scans show that the package was delivered.
So we asked you to fill in a form, so that we could start an investigation.
We cannot just ship you another package before we have confirmation from the shipping agency, that the package was in fact, not delivered.
I hope that the reason behind this, is clear, or else I would gladly explain in details.
This investigation can take up to 4 weeks, which is not something that we control, as it is the different shipping agencies policies.
It is something that we have tried to get them to do faster - but sadly it is their process and all of the shipping agencies has around the same investigation times (so we cannot just switch to another shipping agency).
But I clearly understand your feedback and why it is negative.
Therefore I would be happy if you would clarify how we could improve regarding updates. (As the other aspects is out of our control)
As we write in our response to you, we will get back to you when we hear from the shipping agency, but I understand that “up to 4 weeks” can be a long time before you hear anything from us.
Would you rather have a weekly update where we tell you, that we have not heard anything yet, but that we will get back to you when we do?
Just to let you know that we have not forgotten about your case?

Disappointing customer-service
I've order a trouser which was to small. So I sent it back.
The rules for returning are, that I have to pay for the return (3,95 EURO), which is ok.
Afterwards I've received a cash-back which was minus 8,90 EURO without any comment.
I've then asked the customer-support for explanation, but didn't get any answer nor money since then.
Very disappointing!!!

The size 32/32 is incorrect. I am 184 cm tall and weigh 82 kg and always wear size 32. These pants fit my calf and are more likely to be a March 32/30 or 32/28. I would like to order the pants again, but I don't trust the sizes. On your site there is a model who is 190 cm and 85 kg and is wearing size 32/34.
