Login to page not working after ordering. No information where delivery going. 10 days after payment was made comes email that payment accepted. Weird shop!! Lets see if ever receice the shoes.

Excellent service and best pricing
I recently purchased two pairs of running shoes from 365Rider and the experience was seamless. Their pricing is some of the most competitive on the market, often beating major retailers. Deeply disappointing experience
Deeply disappointing experience. For an international retailer, the lack of a managed returns process is surprising. I followed all guidance, yet my return was treated as an import and incurred customs charges almost equal to the item’s value (160€ + £18 postage on a £220 pair of trainers) I do not recommend this company whatsoever if you’re based in a different country to them — they do not provide adequate support, and it leads to a long and tiresome process.

Very poorly packaged
Very poorly packaged. The seat was thrown into a box without protection, so the top layer slipped slightly during transport. It would have been better if they had wrapped at least one sheet of foil around the seat and put some old paper next to it so it wouldn't move around. Otherwise, the delivery was fast.

Item wasnt even posted until after the latest estimated delivery date. I asked and they said it was normal for them, so at least that is honest I guess. Still. No reason it should take so long to mail things. Price was good tho!
