Poor customer support and mistake that have my order undelivered yet

I tried two times to correct the postcode using the email address for customer service and no one took care of my request. I haven’t received the order yet. It’s stuck in royal mail and cannot be delivered, but the money went from my bank to yours.

Thanks for your message. We’ve checked the tracking and the parcel is currently on hold with Royal Mail because the address/postcode provided doesn’t allow the delivery to be completed. In these situations, the carrier blocks delivery until the correct details are confirmed.

Your order is being handled and we’re already working on updating the information to release the delivery. To speed this up, please reply by email confirming the full address and postcode exactly as they should appear, and we will pass it to the carrier immediately.

Please note that payment is taken when the order is confirmed, regardless of whether the carrier later requires an address correction.

Hidden fees

They make you pay shipping fee, and then on top of that there is a $100 customs charge if you are not in Spain. This charge is written in a super hidden part of the website and never communicated at checkout. Very scammy! On top of that, they sent me several different emails about my package, including one that said they had cancelled the shipment, then another that said I had to pay an additional $100. But when I contact them, absolutely no response back. Avoid and buy elsewhere, not worth the stress and now I'm paying more than if I had bought the shoes elsewhere.

still waiting for my products to arrive

One of the product that I did order were out of stock, which of course can happen. It took too long to send me a message and tell me that and a month later I am still waiting for all my products. It seems like it will arrive soon. In my opinion the rest of the products should have been sent and the first contact took to long and there were also other things in the process that took to long time.

Warning!!

Warning!!! It will cost you a whole lot more if you are not happy with your 365rider goods. I bought shoes that were the wrong size. I sent them back at my own expense. On receipt 365 did not want to refund and would only return the shoes if I am paying for the return. Awful and costly customer service.

And in response to below: when I paid for the returning of my shoes, I could track it....on an unsecured site...

Our returns policy is clearly stated on our website before purchase: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and if you prefer the item to be sent back instead of refunded, the reshipment cost also applies. These are standard conditions for many online stores, especially for international returns.
We absolutely understand that returning an item can be frustrating, but describing this as a “warning” is misleading—nothing has been applied unexpectedly, and our team is simply following the published return terms.

They dont care about their customers, Left with no goods and no money

Terrible communication /customer service. They dont care about their customers. Not my problem attitude

Do not buy from them if your in UK

Ordered some running shoes. Which were too narrow for me. When I tried to return them, I requested a return and received no confirmation from them. Emailed and got a reply with instructions to return which did not include photo attachment which it referecned in the mail. I asked for missing photo and just got repeat mail, still no photo. So I sent the return as per instructions costing 18 pounds. Parcel is stuck in customs, who will only deal with receiver. Rider 365 said its not their problem. Leaving me 200 pounds out of pocket and all they say is it's not their problem... worst company I have come across for years. I have ordered and returned lots of parcels with companys inside eu from the uk without any complications in the past. Big steer clear for me

Return process / communication
You did receive return instructions from our team. If you received a repeated message, it was because the return procedure is standard and must be followed exactly.
Customs for UK returns (non-EU)
As the UK is outside the EU, returns can be held by customs and may require action from the recipient/importer of record. This is not something a retailer can override. Customs procedures and charges are managed by the carrier/customs authorities, not by 365Rider.
Costs and responsibility
Return shipping costs (and any customs-related costs on international returns) are clearly stated in our returns policy on our website. Calling this “we don’t care” is unfair: we are applying the published terms and the legal/customs reality of cross-border returns.
We understand it’s frustrating to have a parcel delayed at customs, but it is not correct to say we “took your money and left you with nothing.” The situation depends on the parcel being released/processed by customs under the carrier’s procedure.
