Avoid at all costs, the I star review is correct, the reason why there are 5 star reviews then a 1 star review is that unfortunately the man who was the forensic expert died and rather than employing someone new the Director Amanda Foster took over the work, she is untrained and not qualified in forensics, please ask round other firms offering forensic services it is known among them what happened, Amanda Foster should not be working on peoples property that is invaluable to them. Also as the other review says look at the Companies House two Directors resigned, Foster should close the company and not offer work she is not trained to do.

Wow appalling was warned, wish I had googled Amanda foster previously. Her previous company has been COMPULSORY STRUCK OFF companies house.

This company is amazing. We had some very sentimental photographs and text messages on a phone which was dropped in the sea. We sent the phone to 3 other companies who's prices were triple what these guys charge. None of them could get the data. These guys recovers everything, 128 gb of data.

My Father has just been on the trip of a lifetime to Australia for a month and during his visit he fell in some water and his phone was in his pocket, as a result due to Salt water Damage his Samsung Galaxy stopped working and we feared he had lost all his data. He tried a company in Australia to see if they could recover it but they were not successful. On my Father's return he was recommended 3EF and they have successfully recovered all the precious photos and videos for not only himself but for all his friends. These Videos and photos are priceless because my Father was the only one who took them. The service was fantastic from start to finish and we would highly recommend this company.

Very professional business. They retrieved all the data off my dead LG G4.

I had sent my phone to another company(Lazarus) but they were unsuccessful in getting the data off.
3EF used 'chip off' recovery to get the data, which can only be done by a handful of companies in the UK and it only took a few days.

If I had one criticism, it would be that the USB stick is not included in the price. In order to make the pricing as transparent as possible, it would be good if that was made clear.

I would recommend 3EF to anyone. Very good service.

My phone was badly damaged, broken screen, no ability to charge and unable to access via PC USB
Very good service, 3EF arranged a from work pick up and drop off. All the data I wanted was retrieved and handed over on a USB stick which was easily transferred to another device.
3EF helped saved my data when the manufacturer advised they could do nothing for me except replace damaged part.

We had a mobile phone which developed a software fault and became unusable, trapping family photos and data that we wanted to keep. 3EF did exactly what they said, collecting the phone, retrieving the data within the promised time, and returning phone and a USB stick with the data. We were happy to pay for the quality of service.

I would highly recommend this company. The service was fantastic and I'm so grateful. My iPhone 6 had stopped working due to water damage, I was completely devastated as the phone held numerous photographs that were hugely significant to me, having recently suffered the bereavement of my husband. I had taken the phone to be looked at by my local computer repair shop and they said they couldn't help as it was too badly water damaged. I contacted Apple and was told there was no way to retrieve the data unless it had been backed up, which it hadn't. By chance I found this company on the internet and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they retrieve the data they also fixed the phone. Plus they did this really quick! Really can't fault the service in any way. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend this company. I managed to wipe over 10,000 images on my mobile sd card with a virus and didn't have them backed up. All my images of my 3 year old little girl who is life limited were on there from the day she was born so I was really upset. I found this firm online and was nervous as didn't know anything about them. I need not have been. Rish was fantastic. He opened on a Saturday so I could drop off the sd card in person as I was worried in case it got lost in the post and he managed to recover all my images despite the sd card been severely corrupted and hundreds of sectors being damaged. He ran various programs over the weekend as the card was so badly damaged it wasn't easy to retrieve the images back but he succeeded and didn't give up. Thank you so much Rish. I needed help accessing my late son's I-phone and Zack could not have done more to help me. My son died through a terrible accident at just 16yrs old and his I-phone was locked with a passcode - the police were unable to help me past this and Apple wanted a court order to unlock the phone. Although no-one has been able to unlock the phone as of yet, Zack took the time and trouble to assist with pulling the data from the phone so I could see my son's pictures and videos and as I was located some distance away, sent these directly to me on a memory stick - all within a few days. I cannot recommend highly enough for a speedy and empathetic service - Thank you so much!!!!!

After taking my phone to Apple pleading with them to try and retreive my photos of my new born baby girl I dident give up when they told me there was no way of getting my photos back. I then took my phone to 2 more companies claiming they could get my photos back still no photos .then I came across 3ef you only pay the postage unlike other companies so if no data you pay no more .so I fort one last try when I saw the email containing photos of my baby I cried as these photos are priceless you can't put a price on things you can never get back .then as a added bonus my phone is working .they have brilliant costermers service an absolute pleaseure to deal with I would recommend to anyone
