Terrible webshop.
Received the wrong order, impossible to get it corrected.

Ordered limited edition Nikes. Fast free shipping to NL, double boxed and received the parcel in 2 days.

I ordered pair of Nike air max 95 at Thursdays' evening and these shoes were delivered next Monday. Delivery was made to the Netherlands. Very good quality of shoes, literally fresh and clean. I am satisfied with everything.

Ordered a pair of AM1s from them as they were available earlier than SNKRs app and without having to go through tedious raffles. The ordering and dispatch went fine and was efficient, however although the invoice which was sent with the shipping notification stated import VAT had been prepaid I still ended up with £70 of import charges from Fedex which contained VAT. So basically I've paid VAT twice and as such with the cost of shipping has cost me over £80 on top of the RRP. Had this been made clear on the website which it isn't I would never have placed the order.

Great experience, received my order faster than expected (ordered from France). Little stickers and a candy in the box, I already loved their place at Frankfurt, will order again ! Cheers

very bad site... you pay on paypal.of raffle you joined .. . then after that no email or even custumer service that explain to you.... my money is still on them.. but the paypay payment is gone!?? wow...

I ordered a pair of sneakers for a really good price and was worried a bit because I ordered on this site for the first time.

I'm really amazed! I received the parcel in 2 working days in France. The sneakers are great and I found in the package a small handwritten note with my name from the store ^_^

Ordered and within 2hrs had been dispatched to the UK, received my purchase within 4 days would thoroughly recommend 43einhalb and will use again in the future keep up the outstanding customer service

I advise for any UK resident NOT to use these guys! Don't waste your time.
Brought some Adidas Pharrell Terrex Freehiker boots as read some okayish reviews but wasn't ready for this to go as wrong as it has.
Boots were £230 and UPS cleared them for an additional £85! Disaster!
We are still disputing who should pay for the clearance as I refused them, expecting them to be send back to the sender.
They are currently sat in a UPS warehouse waiting for someone to pay for the clearance.
UPS contacted 43einhalb who didn't bother to respond to them....
If I'd knew this was going to be a nightmare I would have avoided these guys like the plague!

This company is processing skimmed cards, be very careful, they somehow processed my card that was skimmed,or they themselves are in on the scam, i have emailed and tried to call with no return, i am reporting them to the fbi, doj, ftc, ic3, buyer beware,

Honestly do not buy from this website if you are not from Germany ! If you have any issue with the sneakers you have to pay from your own pocket the delivery back to this company , something that doesn’t happen in other brands and websites , I absolutely do not recommend

Very nice store, I bought wrong size of shoe and requested a refund on email, they replied immediately and sended my money back.

Terrible experience. Order the ML220BL for 220€. Unfortunately it did not fit so I returned the order and three weeks later they still did not receive anything. They cannot track it because I returned it without track and trace (return at own cost to Germany is expensive enough) so I basically lost 215€.

I was a loyal customer before but I will never spend even one euro anymore at this shop. I was robbed of my money.
