This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a canon compatible lens, and paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received confirmation of shipment or delivery dates. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times, but never got through to anyone. Every time I emailed, I received the same canned nonspecific response. Several days later, I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Great customer service and fair prices. Along with this the staff is very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction to get a super long lasting battery for my digital camera!

I was shopping for a new camera and you had the best bundle at a great price. The lens combo was just what I was looking for and there were quite a few accessories with the package. Plus, you had it in stock, which most places did not. The camera bag was not as big as it should have been to hold everything, but I swapped it for my bag I had my D90 and lenses in.

I read all the negative reviews online after I made my purchase but honestly I have nothing but positive things to say. Bought a camera on a Friday and received it the following Friday. One thing that was weird was that I opted to pay the extra $$$ to receive it next day and it wasn’t shipped that way. But I looked at the final receipt and I wasn’t charged for next day delivery. No harm no foul I guess. Will buy from them again.

It was a fast delivery, but I thought that all the lenses will come with a protector like the long lenses.
Plust my camera has a scratch on the glass I've got a guaranteed didn't I?

I recently bought my husband a Canon camera for his birthday as a surprise. I called first to ask a few questions and had all my questions answered for me. I then placed my order a few weeks ahead of time as I know some of the shipping companies are not always timely. O received my package on 2 days which I was not expecting at all. I will definitely be making any purchases we need for this camera through you guys.

You all sent me a camera that didn't work right out of the box. After I sent back your repair center claimed it had gotten wet if that was the case it happened before it was shipped to me. Long story short I am out over 350.00 dollars. Since they don't stand behind there products

I love the package deal I received with my camera. It was priced right. I was missing one charger and it took a while to get, but we were in the middle of the pandemic. I cannot really review using the camera because I haven't learned how yet. Seems to be all I need to get started, I would order again, if I were looking for similar items.

Normally the camera I bought costs well over $1000 all on its own, but I bought a bundle that came with a whole assortment of accessories (microphone, lights, light filters, tripod, dolly, extra lens attachments, etc) for just $1120! Like I said, this is easily the most affordable place to buy high quality camera equipment and the customer service is superb! I spoke with a customer service representative over the phone when they were about to ship my order to make sure everything was correct! He was very polite and helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my service from this site and I highly recommend that you use it if you plan on buying any expensive camera equipment!
