I was attempting to purchase DJI's Inspire 1 quick release propellers on 4k4less web store. I placed my order but received the wrong product. 4k4less immediately explained the item had been discontinued and refunded me the full amount paid. My experience with 4K4Less got off to a bad start due to an error made by them in not reading notes supplied with my online order. In order to get a replacement product I was asked to return the original product at my own expense before they would provide the replacement, an expense that I feel should have been provided by them with a return label on their account. I am currently awaiting the replacement delivery soon and appreciate the fact that they were willing to provide the replacement under the circumstances that they created.

Can’t believe how amazing this camera is! I bought it for my YouTube videos and it’s super clear easy to use picture and sound quality are perfect 👌 I love how there are so many options with this camera especially for taking portraits you can adjust it to smooth so your skin looks flawless! The thing that shocked me the most was how well this camera works without any lights set up! I used natural light and videoed inside on a gloomy day and it came out perfect 👌
