Not Organized, no follow though.

I needed an item fast. I saw bad ratings here but the delivery was faster than Bol so why not give them a chance. Right? No! Wrong on multiple levels.

I order and pay 400 for the item. Delivery is about a whole week later 'due to corona' I accept my fait and wait longer than the original Bol estimate I was trying to avoid. That sucks but it gets worse as I receive the wrong item!!

After informing them I'm told to send it back and if everything is okay they will refund me within 10 days. I can't wait so I decide to buy the item from them again while they process my refund.

I pay another 400 and another few days of waiting 'because of corona' I receive an email that the item that was on the website was actually not in stock to begin with. This was extremely frustrating as it should have been found out the first time around and this cost me another few days for nothing.

I am still hopeful for this shop and reply to the email by asking what other item with the same specifications they could recommend since it was honestly not easy to use the website when looking for specifics.No reply.

So after 3 days I gave up and went back to Bol. By now I have spent about 1200 out of my account waiting for the refund. Bol delivered.

This shop simply can't come close to any of the competition. They need new management, update the website interface & they need to take these complaints seriously.

SCAMMERS - takes money for hardware they don't have

They mark their gaming computers as DIRECTLY AVAILABLE, upon placing an order (ORDER TODAY, DELIVERED TOMORROW!) and not hearing anything for few days i called them and asked what's going, and THATS THE MOMENT they bothered to inform me that they dont have graphic cards in stock... Now waiting for refund is 14 days long! NEVER EVER 4LAUNCH AGAIN!!

decent, as long as the product(s) work(s)

Sales is good, after sales service can be improved.

Shipping: decent, they use 3 carriers: postnl, UPS and DHL.Postnl is the most reliable out of those 3, followed by UPS.

If you are unlucky and get a DOA (dead on arrival), you get the option for RMA which takes 4 weeks. They offer refunds as well, however I recommend you to not use their generated labels. Instead, send it (on your own costs) back and insure the package. If you use prepaid return label from 4Launch and the package gets lost (DHL), it is your own responsibility if you do not insure it (sic erat scriptum, customer service representative).

After sales service is very slow to respond and if you go via consumentenbond/ thuiswinkel with a complaint, your request(s) will be ignored until one of the instances has reached a verdict.

Exceptional Customer Service

Exceptional customer service. Helpful and good at finding solutions.

May 28th: purchase a Fractal Node 804 computer case.

May 29th: Informed that there was an issue with credit card payment. My bank is in Germany and this is not the first time that there have been issues making international credit card payments - I'm not blaming 4Launch here at all.
I used the chat function on their website and was quickly helped (Within 3 minutes waiting time). They sent another payment link but my bank was still having issues making the payment, so they offered to take payment by bank transfer and they would create a new order for me when the money was received.

June 2nd: Due to the weekend and the 1st June bank holiday, there was a delay in the payment being transferred. Unfortunately during this time the case was sold-out! I was very disappointed but a member of 4Launch's customer support team reached out to me and has offered me a solution. Hopefully this will lead to a small delay but I will still receive the item.

I feel that this experience is worthy of 5 stars - there were issues outside of their control but they found solutions to ensure that I could receive the item that I purchased. The support via the chat feature of their website was particularly helpful - with a response time of less than 5 minutes after my initial message. They were also able to help me in English, which was a huge advantage.

Update: The Node 804 arrived in just over 7 days. Considering the Covid-19 situation, this isn't too bad. There have been no issues with the computer case and I will happily buy from 4Launch in the future.

TLDR: 4Launch.nl went the extra mile to make me happy and I highly recommend them. If you are reading this, Yunus from 4Lauch.nl, I really appreciate your amazing help!

Today I attended a 4 launch sponsored…

Today I attended a 4 launch sponsored Smash Ultimate tournament. Since I was also looking for a new desktop I decided to ask one of the employees for help. They were able to help me pick parts that were in my price range and gave their honest opinions about parts I thought were good. Great help!

Do not buy here...

I ordered something that was cheaper than anywhere else. After several days not knowing where my order was, I contacted them, and they tell me, they do not have it, nor will have again and can just give me back the money. I bought it on Cyber Monday, so now, everywhere else it is 50 to 70 euros more expensive, and they will not do anything about it.
They also did not contact me about it, I had to...

The Creditcard payment option is not …

The Creditcard payment option is not working for a week now!. I suggest if the option is not working.. please disable that option instead of giving non-working payment option available on your website.

No local pickup anymore.

Unfortunately that was the last time I've ordered something with a pickup in Eindhoven local store.
They claim now that they are a pure web store and you need to pay 5 euro for every order.
A good motivation to fire some stuff from the store.

The pick-up point was always an extra point of service we offered. Unfortunately as the pick-up point was not frequented enough by our customers. For this reason the costs did not outweigh the benefits and we needed to close the pick-up point. We get that this might be dissapointing to some of our customers and we have enjoyed the time we could offer this extra service and personal contact. For now we will be focussing on our core business, which is being a webshop and will continue to improve our service on that platform.

Dear Customer,

The RMA request was placed on 03-03-2017, followed directly by instructions from us how to send in or deliver the product to us. We have only received your product on 27-03-2017. Due to the limited possibilities for us to extensively test such products, it has been forwarded to the service center of Apple. We have been notified earlier this week that no problems have been found, by the service center of Apple. Initially the video was not deemed needed, however due to the current situation it has been forwarded after all. Normally an RMA would take about 2 to 4 weeks. As the product was delivered outside the period for return and in an incomplete state, it is hard to take back the product. We will always try to solve such cases as speedily and efficient as possible.

Untrustworthy Service

I was sent a defective iPad, which they could not replace or repair, and they refused to offer me a refund.
Never have I experienced anything close to this. It's cheating.
