We bought a Samsung laptop via 4launch.nl. Excellent website, fast delivery for the laptop at the lowest price found. Good updates on status of order.

I ordered a beautiful curved, widescreen Dell-monitor at 4Launch.nl. and the same day I bought a new desktop computer directly from the Dell-website.

I kept the screen in the box for a couple of weeks, waiting for our offices computer specialist to integrate the new PC and the monitor in our company-network.

Ofcourse I took the screen really carefull out of its box (it's not the first system I bought, we're architects since 22 years).
The screen looked really neat.

It was only after installation, and after using it for four hours that an ugly crack appeared. On the outside the monitor still looks perfect. But on the inside the glass is broken, making this beautiful monitor a worthless piece of material, only good for the scrapyard.

In a chatsession wit 4Launch.nl, they asked me for some photo's, which I sent immediately. It is cristal clear to me that this damage could only appear because of the expansion of the curved glass plate inside, due to the heat and due to a flaw during the fabrication of the screen.

Their reaction was very, very dissapointing; they claim to be sure that this kind of damage couldn't be caused during fabrication, so it is clear to them that I dropped the screen, or maybe hit it against something hard.

Seriously? Do they really think this is how I would handle this precious piece of technology?

They want me to send the monitor back in, they will examin it, AND they will send me a quotation concerning the cost of repair. If I don't accept their proposal, they will charge me 75€, only to have examined the screen.
This proposal leaves me vulnerable in their hands, doesn't it?

Can't they see that there exists at least a possibility that the screen is constructed in a bad way, or that it could even been handled in a wrong way by the delivery service they sent it with?

I am truly dissapointed. My collegue-architect ordered the same screen with 4Launch.nl, and it works really supperb, as should mine...

Got my brand new 256GB SSD the next day and it was well packed. It was a little difficult to install the SSD inside my desktop, due to the size of the SSD, so it pretty much hanging on the cables. I still have to get any problems with it.

I ordered a Braun juicer via 4launch.nl because it had the better price in the web. Also the delivery went smooth and it was delivered on time. Everything went as expected.

I ordered two items so far at 4launch, and i haven't been dissapointed. Fairly low prices, good customer service and fast delivery.
I had problems with a motherboard I ordered, so i send it back. Even though I had to wait almost two weeks for a response, the response was very profressional and the email even contained foto's of my motherboard working.
One thing i don't like is that with my latest order, a folder urged me to leave this review, and promised me goodies to do this. It kinda feels like they're trying to bribe me...
But even though i was urged to write this review, i'm still writing this because the store has been good to me. And it deserves at least 4 stars.
I was really debating wether i should give it 4 or 5 stars. But the late response to my motherboard, ugly UI form the estore and the bribe keep it from that.

Ordered dozens of items through them, always pickup, which is great, since I live/work nearby. Never any issues, and mostly good deals.

I would recommend 4launch.nl to everyone. They have super fast service! Items in stock that you order before 23:00 are deleivered the next day. The packaging was very good. I ordered a GTX 980 Gaming 4G and it was delivered without a dent or scratch. If you need PC hardware and or software I think this is the webshop for you!

I bought a laptop at 4Launch. I had multiple choices for sites, but I've bought something at 4Launch before, and people gave it good reviews. When I ordered the laptop, it said "Fast Delivery". It also had the "Direct delivery" option, which is a one day delivery. It took them two days to deliver my laptop. I also chatted with one of their employers on the website asking for when it'd arrived. Within minutes I got a reply.

4Launch is a bit more pricey than your usual website. I payed 70 more euros for my laptop, but I got excellent service and extremely fast delivery.

ordered an ssd and received it the following day. For a very competitive price.

The shop has good prices for a wide variety of products. I did not have contact as everything was fine. My order was delivered within 2 days and everything was in order. I ordered the Razer Kraken Pro 2015 and it was very carefully packed with enough plastic air pockets to counter rough handling of the packet.

Would definitely check them next time I need electronics (or something else) and can recommend them to everybody.

Product was here the next day and in excellent state. I Would use their services again and would recommend them to my friends.

The service is fast, the products are cheap and the delivery is fast. The perfect combination for a good company!

It was my first experience with this company, and I am VERY impressed! While choosing components for my PC, I had some questions and contacted 4Launch three times via the Live Chat on their website. All three times I got very quick and useful responses. Also one "tricky" situation (when I added more items to already placed order AFTER I payed for it) was easily and properly handled by them. PC itself was carefully assembled (at least so it looks through the ventilation holes - I can't really open it because of the warranty). The order was processed precisely and quickly - 4 days after the order my assembled PC was in my house, delivered by PostNL. Overall: very good service for very good price, highly recommended!

Website easy and clear to use, good info status mails. No problems, got my goods on time.
