Complete garbage
The server does not work, I tried to give them grace and tried the next day (assuming it was just a busy evening for them). Did not work. The user interface of their website is poorly designed and uses extremely confusing english (chatgpt translation anyone?). Server controls are so badly designed in presentation it'd probably be easier to run your own local server with zero networking experience.
Customer service is essentially of no help. AVOID at all costs until they fix their stuff.

its horrible lag is insane support retarded asking question they answer same shit i know ahahhah then when they dont know they just say we dont see issue and blame you, trying to cancel your sub HHHAHAHAH good luck they charge you still with easy google can find much better services this i will advise avoid i just reported them to my card company for fraud i know 11 euros nothing but its the principle
Saw their comments canceling ur done for they will try and force pay I was at bank today and they will fight to get refound and block em from our region due to fraud

We do our best to formulate prices and billing models as clearly as possible. We do not want to hide costs, but rather communicate them clearly in advance so that there is no dissatisfaction afterwards.
In order for us to offer gamers fair prices, it is important that everyone adheres to the agreed rules. This includes complying with the minimum contract terms and cancelling in the proper manner. We have a cancellation button that makes this very easy.

My experience with this company is the definition of a scam. I woke up to a bank notification at 04:00 AM showing that money was taken from my account. This happened without receiving a single email notification prior to the renewal—absolutely nothing! We are talking about a service that I believed was cancelled/stopped back in 2023!
As soon as I saw the transaction, I contacted their chat support this morning to request a refund for this unauthorized charge on a service I do not use.
This is where the nightmare began. I spoke with an operator, whose behavior was absolutely appalling. Not only did he refuse to help, but he was extremely rude and arrogant. When I explained the situation, he had the audacity to reply sarcastically: "Don't you want your money back for the last 5 years too?"
This is their attitude towards customers! They take your money in the middle of the night like thieves, without warning, for long-forgotten subscriptions, and if you ask for an explanation, they mock you.
Be very careful! Check your bank accounts and stay far away from this thiefs. It is a total disgrace!
